"We had the best service in the hotel! As I took the first step in the hotel the staff recognized me immediately from a previous holiday I had in the hotel. They offered us multiple options for a free room upgrade, they gave me a golden bracelet as a returning guest and they carried our luggage. I stayed in many hotels but never received a service like this. A big thank you to the staff for their hospitality! "

We had a really lovely stay at Out of the Blue Hotel in Crete. The location is absolutely wonderful — surrounded by beautiful beaches and stunning views. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade on arrival, which made our stay even better.
The reception and restaurant staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly — they really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The only downside, and the reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars,...

"I loved our stay in Alexander House hotel. I am 60 and my mum who was with me is 80. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties as there are a lot of steps and levels. We really had to pace ourselves but it was well worth it. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. Plenty of choice for meals.
