The staff were helpful in resolving my issues which were created by the booking system through Expedia. The property Atlantis does not exist and shows an address belonging to a neighbouring hotel with a different name. My booking was not found but located in the Ramada hotel through a different booking system. The process of locating the correct hotel and resolving the booking issue was very tiring and stressful and took well over 1 hour, in the meantime my young son who is type 1 diabetic was very inconvenienced having to wait in the heat with his temperature sensitive medication. The helpful staff also confirmed that they had availability at a cheaper rate than I had already paid but I was not able to cancel the original booking. There was no food at the hotel and no outside food was allowed due to excessive ants in the rooms.
