"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"Perfect place to watch the sunrise and super close to beach access and restaurants but…make sure you bring your own toilet paper and dishwashing liquid and sponge. The burrs were pretty bad too, especially in the backyard. All in all we enjoyed our stay though and would go back again."

"Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. "This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. "We loved the house. It's an old property, but very comfortable. It was a lot of house for two people, but it was one of those things. Who did we want to spend a week with. Turned out to be no one. And that was just fine. I have been under a lot of stress since December and this was exactly what I needed. It take a bit to figure out the switches and thermostats, etc. But its just a cool comfortable house. I want to go back next year."
