"This worked out perfectly with 7 adults and 2 children. The family group of 4 stayed in the lower level and that was perfect. There are beach toys and chairs and 2 wagons. We did have to pick up a canopy tent at Walmart for all of us on a hot beach day but that worked out well. The beach is a short walk, about 2 blocks. Beach was nice, not crowded. "

"We had a great week at OBX. The home is beautifully decorated and was very clean. It is also in a great location with nice beach access. The communication with the owners was beyond exceptional. They communicated well in advance with lots of information that was helpful for our overall trip as well as once we got there. Very, very responsive. The only reason for not giving a 5 star overall is that we had problems with the air conditioning. Two of the floors were not getting enough cold...
