"Such a wonderful trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! We stayed in this house with 3 other families and there was plenty of space for all to sleep and cook/eat together. Kitchen had all the amenities, house was clean, and the deck was beautiful (with fire pit, table/chairs, and hot tub). Game room downstairs was great for kids of all ages!"

"We’re a family of 16: 8 adults and 8 children ages 3-13. This is our 3rd summer to rent a house together. Everyone said that the Hilltop Farmhouse is the best house we have ever rented. "This home is located in a nature lovers paradise. The house is very nice and the covered porch is great. There is a path down to the river. They have a beautiful large deck overlooking the water and a staircase leading into the river. And the woods surround everything. "We stayed for two weeks in this quaint home. The first week was characterized by rain, rain, rain, but we needed rest, rest, rest, so we made a fire (it was actually chilly) and ventured out only for food. The area food choices are AWESOME! If you drew a 20 mile circle around the area, you’d be amazed at the quality of food choices available. We hiked in the area, visited Bushkill Falls, and met kind folks all over the area. We had a very nice time. "

"Great place to disconnect for a few days. You don't need anything else. It really changes the vacation experience, being in contact with nature without having to be inside walls again. My toddler was very happy at the playground and with the animals on the farm across the street. The little refrigerator and wifi is very helpful. Hammocks are great to watch the stars at night. I recommend bringing your own barbecue utensils and asking Jean for the instructions before arrival."
