"Bien, buena estadia, muy comodo, bonita habitación. La persona que atendió fue cordial. Cosas por mejorar: Pidieron por WhatsApp datos de la tarjeta de credito lo cual no genera confianza. Hubo fallas en la comunicación para recibir el código para abrir la puerta. La cama doble está compuesta por dos sencillas, lo cual hace que se sienta el hueco en la mitad. "The communication was very good and timely from the outset. Both Debbie and Louise provided detailed information/instructions about the property. I was given an upgrade which made the stay even more pleasant! I wanted more light and was moved to a larger apartment on the top floor. "It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue.
