We are seasoned travellers and use VRBO often. Our expectations were likely too high given the photographs and marketing material provided for our stay at the rental, but when we arrived we were shocked at the location surroundings. This is an estate development of 52 lots since 2010 with around 48 lots still available. The pantry and refrigerator was full of open and used food. The dishes were dirty in the cabinet and had to be washed. TV remote was lost and found under couch along with french fries and dust which appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. The couch was worn and not in working condition. Family room fan did not work and several lamps needed bulbs replaced. One bedroom did not have air conditioning. Overall the home was found to be dirty and in need of some TLC and upkeep. Trash receptacles in garage and outside had trash. The garage second bay is full of clutter. The property worked for us overall given our plans, but disappointed of the quality of the property for the rental price.
