The property will be completing HVAC improvements beginning in August. All hotel rooms will be unavailable from August 1, 2026, through November 28, 2026. Condos will be available intermittently, and townhomes will remain available during this time. Please note that access to main building amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and fitness center, may be limited throughout the project. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these upgrades to enhance the guest experience.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage Deposit: Pre-authorization required at check-in (refundable provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required).
• Parking: $35 per vehicle per night, valet only.
