We stayed at the property from the evening of 8/14/25 to our departure on 8/18/25. The house was amazing with nice and modern amenities. The house was spotless and many kuddos to the cleaning team. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend the property and we will definitely stay there again!

Relaxing in the mountains

Very comfortable for the five of us. Nicely updated & decorated nicely. The only negative is the living area & master bedroom are on the upper floor & the stairs are a little steep. It did make it nice for separation & privacy though. Would like to go back.

We highly recommend this property as a great family place. My wife and I hosted (on separate days) two of our sons and families (each with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 5-13)) for a total of 7 each time. We had plenty of room. Furniture and furnishings, kitchen appliances, china, silverware, cookware were all of very high quality. Tv's in every bedroom plus the living area. The place was very well supplied and stocked. All interactions with the owner were promptly handled, and communication was excellent. Wi-Fi access was great. The location was excellent between Beaver Creek and Vail, actually quite close to BC and a bit further to Vail. We hope to return.

Groom, Groom’s family, Groomsmen

Our son was getting married. This home was perfect for the family before the wedding and ended up serving as a ‘hub’ for the groomsmen. They hing out before and after events, it was wonderful, lots of space! Centrally located between Beaver Creek and Vail. Golf course easily accessible. And wildlife!

Beaver Creek

We had a fantastic time! The house is beautifully updated with an incredibly well stocked, modern kitchen. The space was open, filled with light, and allowed all of us to hang out together watching TV, cooking, relaxing. All of the bathrooms were updated and clean. The owners are extremely responsive and the property is not even 10 minutes to the top of the mountain. 10/10, no notes.

I wish I could give it 6 stars

Everything about the property was exactly as described, and looked even better in person. Communication with the owners was very good, as they typically responded within a few minutes at the most. Excellent hosts. As far as the property, it is AMAZING! The house was very well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the whole thing was very spacious… important when you’re traveling with kids and teens. I highly suggest you find the guidebook on the kitchen counter, as it will answer any questions you may have. Really a nice touch. The house is located between Vail and Beaver Creek, and neither are more than 5-10 minutes away by car. Also, for the retro gamers out there, there is a PlayStation 1 in the cabinet under the TV, with several games. Overall, I would rent this property again without a moment’s hesitation.

Great ski duplex

Great duplex for 3 couples, fabulous kitchen, nice hot tub for apres ski, lots of room. Huge table for meals and computers. I70 is close and noisy outside, but very quiet inside house.

Great stay for skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek

Our group loved our stay! We had a group of 7, including 4 adults and 3 teenage children. The location is great, about 10-15 minutes door-to-door for either Vail or Beaver Creek. The bus is near if you prefer that option. The location was nice, in a small residential area that was pretty quiet even while so close to skiing. The accommodations were very comfortable and place very clean. Host was very communicative and helpful. The hot tub is VERY nice after a cold day of skiing, as described, it seats about 5, so smaller than some others but high quality and a good size for us, especially since it is private and not shared with others! We would love to return sometime.

Christmas Ski/Snowboard at Vail

Property is wonderful. Clean and just as described. The hot tub feels wonderful after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was plenty setup to cook for our family of 6. The beds are very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful Christmas and 19th birthday for our youngest. Plenty of room to hang out together, to eat and play games. 3 bedrooms and two baths downstairs gave everyone space. Washer/dryer for washing as needed.

Perfect Little Ski Chalet

We booked this lovely duplex for Thanksgiving week 2024. Though we didn't cook Thanksgiving dinner, we certainly could have! The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. In addition, there were several common ingredients, like sugar and spices, that were available for our use. The owners included many nice touches like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms and robes (even kid size) in the bedrooms. They provided fire logs so we could enjoy a cozy fire in the evenings. The day we arrived, they had a person clearing snow from the driveway and deck. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the heated floors in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer(s) made our ski trip easier. Our favorite part of the house might be the hot tub on the deck. It was fun to relax in the hot tub after long days of skiing at Vail. I was a little concerned about privacy because the house is a duplex, but there was no reason for concern. We never heard our neighbors, and there was plenty of space to park our vehicle in the driveway. This house was perfect for our little family vacation. We would definitely book again! We loved it!

Outstanding Getaway

We always read the reviews but never have given one until now. All rentals should have the standard that this getaway had. It went above and beyond for having the essentials you need during the stay and not running out of anything. It was very clean! You had access to everything in the condo from the fireplace, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!

Wedding weekend

This home was a perfect space for our family to enjoy. It was clean and spacious. We were 10 minutes from the wedding reception venue and so close to other things we enjoy. Great neighborhood for our 2 year old grandson. Monica was exceptional to work with and so happy we found this place

Golf and Fishing

Absolutely Perfect Vacation Home!

An absolutely wonderful experience!

My family and I loved our time at this gorgeous and well-equipped home. It seems every little thing has been well-considered and provided for guests staying at the house. The location is fantastic for visiting Avon, Vail and other close communities and we had a wonderful time exploring the neighborhood and the surrounding cities. I can't recommend it enough for your next stay in the area!

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful experience! The hosts communicated well and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. The hot tub was a fantastic feature, especially after a day in Vail. The property is located in a residential area and close to grocery stores and shopping but still feels somewhat secluded, offering a great balance of convenience and privacy. The grill and fire pit on the deck were perfect for evenings, and the deck itself was a lovely spot for morning coffee and bird watching. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
