This was a great house! Everything was as pictured. The host was quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. The upstairs did get a lot hotter than downstairs, but there were plenty of fans for us to use. Overall, I would highly recommend to everyone!

We had an idyllic stay here. We visited during a prime fall week and will definitely be back year-round! The home was clean and as described, but the location and outdoor spaces were even better. You are steps away from the river for relaxing and great fishing! Additionally, there is a firepit to enjoy a cozy evening. We cooked in and loved the hot tub on the patio. This spot is great for all ages.

Avon Townhouse.

There were some black widow spiders in the downstairs bathroom. Also, the house was 85 degrees when we arrived, due to no air conditioning in the house, it took all night for the house to cool off. Ceiling fans on the main foor would help .

The rental property was clean and everything was in working order. It had plenty of room and it is a central location to Beaver Creek Ski Resort, the town of Avon and 15 minutes to Vail Ski Resort. The property manager was responsive to our request to check in early. We would stay here again!

Winter Ski Trip

Townhouse was in a great location, easy to get to various locations for skiing, hiking and snowshoeing. The house was well equiped and comfortable with enough space for everyone to spread out. We did have some fire alarm batteries that were low and one other thing that needed to be fixed, but we reported those to management so they could schedule maintenance. Easy check-in/out. Great place for a family vacation.

We booked this house for our wedding week in Avon/Vail. House was perfect for everyone. Communication with iTrip the property management was fantastic. Allowed us to get into the house early and they communicated clearly on everything regarding house and parking. House was clean and I would definitely recommend to others.

Avon in the sumer

The house was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. The first few weeks of August were extremely hot this year and the upstairs bedrooms really needed air condition. The owner should disclose that the living room furniture was "Down". I have a very strong allergy to "Down" and had to stay on constant medication during my visit. Had I know in advance I would not have rented the house.. We enjoyed our stay other than those two problems. The house was a comfortable size and in a beautiful setting.

Everything was just as stated. It provided everything we needed in terms of space, location, and ambiance. Kitchen and bathrooms were well- equipped. Outdoor space was beautiful with blooming trees.

Avon Oasis

This is a large well appointed home that easily accommodated our family of 4 adults and two small children over the Memorial day weekend. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the Eagle river and a restful area with chairs near its banks. The fenced patio/deck was a safe place for the little kids to play. There is a small playground and basketball court nearby and easy access to the long trail along the river. There was no DVD player, so bring your own, or stream using their high speed internet. The kitchen is a little crowded if more than one is working in it, but we made it work. The oven's temperature seemed quite a bit below its listed setting. But these are minor things from an otherwise excellent house.

Wonderful vacation!

The property was just as billed. It was very easy to get to the slopes during the day and local restaurants at night. We had ample room for my 3 boys to spread out. Overall we had a lovely time!
