Our Host Tere was fantastic to work with. She ensured our check in and stay was flawless. The home is tri-level and very spacious. Several great gathering spaces to play cards or board games. The kitchen was clean, well equipped and stocked with cooking utensils. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub and new deck. The home location is ideally located for both Vail and Beaver Creek. There is a shuttle bus stop about a block away! Great value. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the stay! The setup was perfect for three couples plus young grandchildren. They loved after hours on the golf course, the pond, playgrounds and exploring via scooters/bikes. Property management was promptly supportive after an errant golf ball shattered a window. It IS right on the course, after all. We’d do it again!

Great home, just a few issues

We were very satisfied with the house. It was very clean, enough space for our group and perfect location. We had a couple issues though; The first night we only had maybe 5 minutes of warm water and then it went ice cold for showers. I texted the property manager and she called me about the issue. I explain what’s going on, and then she asks me how old I was because I sound young (We are a group with ages ranging from 23-32). I tell her I’m 23 years old and she responds with “23? Are your parents there?”. I let her know that I was married, and the majority of our group is as well. She was very condescending towards me and our group throughout the remainder of the call and ended with “You guys behave” and that someone would come check it out the next day. The whole conversation just made me uncomfortable and was not focused on resolving the hot water issue for us. The house itself was great, but with a group of 8 people it was really hard for all of us to get hot showers after coming in for the evening, as it only lasted for 3-4 very quick showers. We will not be revisiting.

Great Ski Vacation

Christmas Stay

We really enjoyed staying between Beaver Creek and Vail. We had easy access to both skiing parks. The house was just the right size for our family, the fireplace kept us warm. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had two issues - one with the heating in the house and the other with one of the bedrooms but it was fixed almost immediately by the property manager who was on the spot and so helpful. She was helpful also with directions and makind sure we had a good stay. We would stay here again anytime!

Summer fun!

This house was great! Lots of space with all the amenities of home. As a Floridian, it took some getting used to having no A/C, but the evenings cooled down nicely, and so did the house. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the back deck tremendously! Nearby trees provided shade for most of the day, and the wide open golf course not only gave us beautiful breezes but stunning mountain views. Beware of errant golf balls though! The neighborhood is filled with mature trees and lovely gardens and is very nicely positioned to I-70. We hope to get back to this property in the near future.

Perfect stay

This house was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located to ski Vail and Beaver Creek within minutes. It’s also close to a lot of different stores. The property manager was also very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Would come back in a minute!

Wonderful “Home away from Home!”

Great property manager, beautiful home with ALL amenities! So nice that bedrooms spread out, everyone had there own space, while dining & living area large enough to have great family time also! Kitchen had everything we needed & more! Loved having private hot tub after skiing! Definitely a HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Great House in a Great Location

This was the perfect property for our trip! Two families with 9 people had plenty of room. Fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed and was the most equipped that we have ever had while away! Close to the slopes and the stores! Highly recommended and will look to stay here again the next time we come to Vail!

Lovely house near Vail/Beaver Creek

We enjoyed stay at this beautiful house. There’s plenty of room for our party of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids. Indoor hot tub was such a hit after a day of skiing. It’s conveniently located near Vail and Beaver Creek. Supermarkets are nearby. Property management is easy to reach and solved our problem very quickly. We already can’t wait to come back.

Eagle-Vail neighborhood

We stayed in the property for a few weeks in the summer. Overall we were satisfied. Eagle-Vail is a very nice community, this townhouse is literally 1min from their community pool and tennis / pickle ball courts which are very nice. Our kids were able to bike to tennis court on their own. It is also right by the fairway of the 2nd hole of the golf course (less than 150 yards from the green). In the summer evenings, people take their kids or dogs for a stroll along the course and play frisbee on the fairway. We also chipped and putted around the green. We drove to either vail or beaver creek / Avon area for other activities. In the summer, parking in vail is free and generally abundant so the 10-15min drive is a breeze. While pictures are accurate but I’d say the townhome is a little dated and worn when you see it in person. The description says the remodeling was rated platinum but my guess is that the rating and remodel was from a while ago. Tere, the property manager was responsive but can also be curt at times. The internet is serviceable at best and can get spotty when upstairs. We worked remotely from this house so it was a bit of a challenge. But if you are just vacationing for a shorter period of time, that should be less of an issue. We have Verizon for our cell phone and unfortunately it doesn’t work well in the house

Fantastic base for skiing

This property was perfect for our group. Plenty of privacy in the bedrooms, but also very open and inviting in the family areas. The big table was great for our party with lots of room for our meals. It was extremely well equipped and comfortable. It was also very clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed the hot tub room after skiing all day. Katie was great to respond when I had questions. Great ski getaway!

The home was located close to ski areas. We had groceries delivered but shopping is conveniently close by. Home has all amenities that are listed and our family had a wonderful time! I reached out to manager/owner and had quick response. Would stay again if I came back to the area. Thank you!
