We are especially glad that you liked the location of this privately owned condo inside the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa with its direct gondola access right out your door to the slopes of Beaver Creek ski mountain. With the ski/boot valet you don’t have to take any ski gear to your room! Very convenient! Free shuttle to Vail every hour makes this the best place to ski BOTH Beaver Creek and Vail! Communication with us is key! A simple phone call to us can solve most issues/concerns, and in this case we unfortunately did not hear from our guest. There were no calls to us asking us to bring an extra blanket (there are already 2 extra blankets for the sofa sleeper), and a simple call to maintenance to fix an outlet would have solved that issue. In regard to the electrical outlets we tested them and all after guest departure and all of them are working perfectly. Evidently, the GFI had been tripped in the bathroom and maintenance simply pushed the GFI button and all is good. We did replace the phone chargers. Thank you for that tip. We are doing a touch up with paint and baseboards in May. This is the exact same decor and exact same size (except ours is better with vaulted ceilings, kitchenette, dishwasher, and private balcony) as the 50 other studio condos in this Westin Resort and it is a better value than other ski in/out hotels/resorts with full health club, Spa, restaurants, Starbucks, ski rental, room service, concierge in Beaver Creek/VAIL.

Thank you for your 5 star review! All fees are clearly disclosed on my listing and again emailed to the guest in two different confirmations. This penthouse is on the top floor of the "Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa" and all 4 star hotels like Westin/Ritz/Hyatt that have lots of onsite amenities (Two restaurants, health club, Spa, 25M pool, 3 infinity hot tubs, free shuttle, room service, concierge, ski valet, valet parking, live music in lobby) have extra resort fees that are paid to the hotel directly. They will not allow me to collect these fees.

All 4- star hotels like this Westin/Hyatt/Ritz/4 seasons with lots of onsite amenities...... 2 restaurants, 3 bars, 25M pool, 3 infinity hot tubs, sauna, world class Riverfront Health Club, Spa Anjali, live music in the lobby, free shuttle, room service, concierge, onsite ski/bike rentals, free ski/boot valet, direct gondola access........have these same fees.

All Westin fees are clearly disclosed on my listing and again in two email confirmations that are sent to all guests. I’m sorry that he did not read The house rules on VRBO or read his two emails he received before his stay. These resort fees and parking fees are common with all namebrand hotels like the Westin/Hyatt/Ritz/4seasons that have many amenities including full health club, valet parking, room service, free shuttle, concierge, two restaurants, Spa Anjali, Starbucks, ski/bike rental onsite, direct gondola access to Beaver Creek Mountain, live music in the lobby nightly in season.

The guest stayed in the summer and he must not be aware that In ski season this location is perfect to ski both BC and Vail because the gondola to Beaver Creek comes directly to your door AND you can take the free Westin shuttle to Vail (15 min). In summer my family would rather be able to walk to Nottingham Park (5 min) and walk/bike on the path right out your door along the Eagle River.

This studio is a penthouse with vaulted ceilings and private balcony inside the 4-star name brand Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa. It has a full kitchenette and you can order room service or use 2 restaurants onsite and a Starbucks onsite. It has a free ski/boot valet for your use and has direct gondola access to BC mountain. If I were staying a month like this family did I would have paid more to have a full kitchen and living room and larger space. It is perfect for a 10 day stay or less.

We now have a new professional housekeeping crew that has been doing a great job. “This Westin 4 star Resort has direct gondola access 10 steps out your door with green, blue, and black ski runs and allows you to experience the village to village Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead connects you to Beaver Creek. If you are looking to take your kids to ski school, I recommend taking free gondola then getting on the free 5 minute BC shuttle that runs every 5-10 minutes to BC Village.

Thank you for the 5 star review! What you do get when you book from me instead of the Westin directly is a discounted rate of anywhere from 20% to 50% ! Also, I do give early check ins and late check outs as long as I dont have a back stay! You get the same access to all the great amenities of the Westin, but at a discounted price!

Im sorry that 3 of the channels out of 50 were not working during your stay. This is the first time in 5 years that I have rented this unit that the TV has not been working on all channels. The hotel is responsible for all the HDTVs in all 225 residential suite and I have addressed the problem with the senior engineer in charge and he has assured me that it was a problem with Direct TV and it has been now been fixed. My apologies to you and I will give you a discount on a new reservation if you come again! Charlie
