What a beautiful condo! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Just a few minutes walk to Beaver Creek Village with lots of shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tubs were enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was very well stocked and very nicely appointed. It was in excellent condition and just perfect for our stay. Its access was easy and only a 5-6 min walk to the village. The Charter rentals provided very easy access to ski rental.We loved the hot tubs and lap pool which was an unexpected amenity. We did not use the spa, but it was also a very nice amenity. The Charter is a very nice and well maintained facility with an excellent staff.We will request this specific unit again!

This property was amazing! We were so impressed with the location and the view. It is walkable to the shops and restaurants. It is setup perfectly for two couples. The pools and hot tubs were great! It was such a memorable weekend thank you for hosting us.

We loved this condo. The location made it an easy walk to town which worked out perfectly for going to and from October fest over labor day weekend. Also, the view off the patio is amazing and looks towards ski runs. The main reason we picked this place was because it had two bedrooms with king size beds and a bathroom attached to the rooms. We had a great stay and would love to come back again soon!

Great Condo with a Great View

This Condo was fantastic. The layout was great, the rooms and common areas were comfrotable and the kithcen was great. We enjoyed several meals on the patio which has a great view. Location wise, it was close the Village and the unit is on the main floor so easy in and out.

Wonderful Condo

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us and our two young boys. We skied from 9-3 pm most days, but it was an excellent base to sleep and cook dinner.

Great stay

Great property in a great location! There was confusion between the front desk and the property manager as to when the property was ready which took some extra time and effort to resolve but it was smooth sailing after that. We love the pools, proximity to the great new playground, and walkability to everything!

Family spring break

We had a terrific spring break stay! Location was excellent for our family. Easy to get to ski school. Short walk to ice skating rink and restaurants. The kids loved the pool, arcade and The Charter in general. It was perfect for our family of 5.

The Charter is an outstanding property. Scott's unit is exceptional, great location with view of Strawberry Park. The unit is nicely located and well appointed. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in Beaver Creek Village.Amenities are first class, pools, hot tubs, fitness room and fire pits. Truly made our trip to Beaver Creek memorable. Scott is a wonderful host, great communication.Strongly recommend if considering a stay in Beaver Creek.

Beaver Creek Weekend Getaway

The property was very clean and as advertised. The property manager was extremely responsive and collaborative. The views from the property are amazing and you're close proximity to everything in the village. The amenities of the property are also top notch. There's a great gym with two pelotons, indoor pool, outdoor pool and multiple hot tubs inside and outside. I would highly recommend this property in all seasons!

Comfortable and Convenient Stay Near Beaver Creek Village

Our family of four really enjoyed Scott's condo and The Charter complex. The lobby area was elegant and welcoming. The condo itself was well appointed and comfortable. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to Beaver Creek Village. Overall, a great stay!

family get away

We had awesome stay. The condo had everything needed to stay for our short stay. The location of condo is very well located to access all needed services from lobby, pool, parking lot, game room, empty of trash in building. The location of condo was great location to walk in village or drive short distance to market place, golf courses, gas station. We all had great time and relaxing time with having this great condo. We look forward to being back with hoping to book this same condo again. Thank you Scott.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with a nice kitchen. We had most breakfasts, lunches and dinners there but it was also just a short walk to most restaurants. Evenings were great, enjoying a glass of wine by the wood burning fire place. We could ski to and from the slopes, although it was a tad far, but doable. We would stay here again.

The unit was great. Super comfortable couches and beds, and great fireplace. Had everything you will need. The Charter was super easy to navigate and friendly. Easy to get on the slopes. We highly recommend.

Great Stay

The unit was a perfect place to stay and we'd stay here again. If you're skiing, you a rental place in the building and its probably 40 yards from your door. It is a ski in/ski out but you have to figure out the trails for that, we messed up on the first day but after we figured it out, it was pretty easy. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Wonderful unit, perfect location.

We loved staying at this property in Beaver Creek and highly recommend. The location is nice because you can ski right to Elkhorn lift and then ski right back to the Charter when you’re done for the day. Quick 5 minute walk into the village for food and shopping. And we enjoyed the community hot tubs, and sauna. The unit was nice and clean, very cozy, great views and had everything you need to cook breakfast before skiing or dinner after a fun day on the mountain. The owner was very communicative and provided a guide upon check-in with detailed instructions and recommendations on dining, skiing, etc. We will be back!

Ski Trip

I would highly recommend this condo and location to anyone. Walk right out the back door and hop on the lift. Right down the hall from Ski rentals. Easy walk to the village. There is also a shuttle that will take you anywhere in Beavercreek. Nicely decorated unit on the lobby floor so you don’t have to take an elevator. What we appreciated the most as we stay in a lot of VRBO’s Is that the owner supplies plenty of trash bags, detergent, dish, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, etc.. will definitely be back

Wonderful Stay

This is a fantastic place. Very easy communication with Scott, the owner, prior to my stay. This condo is in a hotel type setting so there are people at the front desk 24/7. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby all day long. This apartment is very close to the lobby and the elevator from the underground garage which is very convenient. The gym, pool and hot tubs are great. On demand shuttle around BC is very convenient. Apt is wonderful, clean and comfortable with plenty of space and all the amenities you will need. Having the in apt. washer and dryer is great to keep your ski clothing clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again.
