Convenient location/Clean and Modern
Great location. Walkable to everything that Beaver Creek offers. The unit has been updated recently and is in great shape. One of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed in. We ski Beaver Creek once a year and will definitely be staying here if it is available.

Absolutely beautiful condo
The condo was meticulously clean and the finishes were beautiful. It was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. In fact, I want their kitchen in my house! The location was great for ski in/ski out. My only complaint is that it was by the main road so the snow plowers would wake up my daughter (18month old) early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Ski Getaway
Wonderful stay! 5 minute walk to the base of the mountain or a 1 minute shuttle ride. Kitchen was fully stocked, along with dish soap, new sponge, and the cleanest refrigerator I have ever seen. The in apartment washer and dryer was clutch for a week of skiing and my girls loved the pull out couch. I did as well - very firm and comfortable. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful Property & Location
We stay in the Vail Valley often and this was such a beautiful property with a stellar location to Beaver Creek and Avon! We will definitely be back, 10/10 recommend!

Beaver Creek Bliss
The property was just as advertised. Beautifully remodeled and updated throughout. Spotlessly clean. Perfectly located. I can't imagine a better location to spend time in this majestic location. It's a 3-minute stroll down a picturesque path to the heart of the village, the ski lifts in winter and several hiking trailheads. A walking and biking path is just outside the door and across the street from a beautiful golf course. Oh, and there's an oversized hot tub for relaxing after a day on the slopes, hiking or playing golf. Yes, this is Beaver Creek bliss.

Perfect location
We have stayed at Townsend Place in the past. This unit was fantastic. Great location and amenities. The condo in particular was very clean and modern. Check-in and check-out was effortless. No complaints whatsoever. Will be looking to stay again when we return!

Fantastic Beaver Creek1 bedroom place for small family! Ski in and Ski out.
This 1 bedroom condo has been beautifully updated! There is great space and storage! It is perfect for a small family ! (We have 1 child and he slept on sofabed.) It is Ski in and out! VERY close to village (easy short walk). We loved this place and would definitely stay here again. We have stayed at 3 other different locations in BC- and this is definitely our favorite place now.

Very clean, newly renovated
We stayed with our two boys for the week skiing. Short jaunt to elkhorn chairlift from the property. Extremely clean, well decorated, and newly renovated.

Better than expected
This property was beautifully upgraded to a modern clean look with new appliances and furnishings, flooring cabinets countertop and tile. Way better than photos on the website. Very clean and everything worked fine

Convienent, True Ski-in, ski- out
The Townsend property is located perfectly. It is 25 steps to the village ski path which connects to Elk Horn lift and on to the mountain. It is a 5 minute walk to the Beaver Creek village center and all its restaraunts and shops. The parking is covered and clean. The unit itself was updated, very clean and a pleasant place to spent our down time . There were a couple of needed repairs , a sliding patio door that didn’t work( there was a second one that worked fine) a toilet that needed a little attention ( not a significant issue) . The building itself had a nonworking elevator , which is under repair. It made the move in and out process a little more difficult for a second or third floor unit. Overall we would stay here again if we were skiing at Beaver Creek.

Great Stay
I would definitely recommend this place. It was so easy checking in and out, great location and I loved the ability to ski in and out. It’s well taken care of and you could tell they did a great job cleaning as it smelled like fabuloso or one of those good smelling cleaning products. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable unit, conveniently located. Our only concern was road noise. We closed the windows in the bedroom at night the reduce the noise. We used the fans provided in the unit to provide circulation and white noise.

Amazing
I’m still trying to figure out how we got such a great deal. For the price we paid, I was expecting less. This place was a three minute walk to the lift and the village shops. The apartment was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed.... plenty of wood for the fireplace, fans for white noise, extra blankets, washer/dryer, and all we needed in order to cook full meals. I tore my ACL the first day on the slopes and I was so grateful that I had such a great place to sit out the rest of our stay. We HIGHLY recommend this place for the location, cleanliness, and style. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much.

It's a fine place.
The check-in instructions were bang-on. No need to interact with groups of people, which is obviously important these days. Fans were provided, which proved very helpful during the hot summer days. I recommend.

Cozy and quiet and clean. Great location and within walking distance to the mountain. Easier to ski in than ski out. Decorated nicely and a well equipped kitchen. The toilet handle was broken in the second bathroom. Only thing missing was hand soap. Hot tub was amazing! Would stay again! Great space for the price.

Overall Very Nice
The condo itself was very nice-the kitchen was updated and modern. The linens were clean and the condo had a nice feel. The complex is ski in/ski out if there is enough snow which there was. As we are snowboarders, on the way home we had to walk about 200 hundred yards before continuing to snowboard to the condo. The elevator was broken during our stay which was a bit of a pain. Especially carrying luggage down to leave. The other issue with the complex is the check in and out time. There is not a manned lobby nor a place to store your bags while waiting for the unit to be ready. I e-mailed when I made the reservation and was granted a 1 p.m check in time. Two days before leaving, the manager e-mailed me and told me the 1 p.m. was no longer granted and it was back to 4 p.m. Fortunately, after a few more e-mails, they allowed me to check in at 2:30 instead of 4 pm. We arrived at 1 and basically had to sit somewhere with our luggage waiting. For reference, check out is 10 a.m. and you must leave the unit. Even though I liked the unit and complex I would most likely not stay again simply due to the check in/out time.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay overall at Townsend Place. Our standard check in time is 4 P.M. and our standard checkout time is 10 A.M. When possible, we always try to accommodate requests for early checkins or late checkouts. When we have a back to back reservation, (someone leaving and arriving the same day) then we can not always accommodate requests because we have to make sure we have enough time to get the units ready for the next guest. We do hope that we have the opportunity of hosting you again.

We loved the unit; very clean & wonderful amenities. Easy walk to village and mountain.
Perfect location, to the ski lift, we did not ski in and out but would do that in the future. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean & very spacious. I hope to go back and stay there again in the future.

Overall very nice
Good- very clean and spacious for a one bedroom. Nice wood burning fireplace with all supplies and wood provided. Management responded quickly to fix a minor issue. Bed and furniture were nice and comfortable. Very easy and close access to the village. Easy parking. Not so good- a lot of road noise during the day. Was not informed the hot tub was being refurbished and closed, was told no alternatives were possible even though access to one was advertised. A decent value for the money.

Very nice unit. Quiet. Short walk to the shopping area of the base of the ski area. The bus was necessary for getting to and back from the skiing. It was very convenient.
