I rented the unit for 3 days. When I arrived, I did not have hot water. I tried contacting Vacasa who told me that the water must run for 30 minutes before it turns hot (ridiculous). After allowing the water to run for a hour with no heat, I then contacted Vacasa again. Vacasa told me they would need to put in a customer service request and get back to me. I did not hear from anyone for over 10 hours, so I contacted VRBO directly. VRBO then told me they would require evidence in the form of a video or photo to prove the water was not hot. Haha, that is not even physically possible. Finally, Vacasa sent a local maintenance man and property manager. They were both excellent in fixing the solution. However, Vacasa and VRBO both have not got back to me in regards of some financial refund due to my lack of hot water for over a day of my 3 day stay. When I pay over $1,000, I expect to have full amenities. If something is broke, especially for more than a third of my stay, I expect some compensation for that. The fact that I must contact a third party who then puts in a service request for my issues slowed down the process, terrible communication from Vacasa. I recommend they provide tenants with the local property managers number directly. Definitely do not recommend staying here. At the time of writing this review, one day after my check out, the property is listed as not available to rent. Funny that someone cannot rent it now, but yet I was not given a refund for my issues…
