    **RESORT FEES:
    Important, below fees are separate and additional. ALL guests of this Resort are required to pay resort fees, regardless of reservation source. This includes guests who book with the Resort directly. Fees (subject to change by the Resort) are paid directly to the resort upon arrival, thus fees are not able to be included here. While we work closely with Resort staff, we are not affiliated with the Resort. This condo is privately owned and operated, giving you the benefit of reduced rates, and personalized service.
    Additional Resort Fees (plus local tax):
    - $75 booking fee, per stay
    - $120 resort fee, per night ($50/night for 30+ nights)
    - $45 on-site valet parking, per night, per vehicle (if bringing a vehicle). ($25/night for 30+ nights)

    LIVING SPACES:
    Designed for comfort and gathering, stunning curved spacious living/dining area with cozy fireplace. Surround yourself with expansive mountain views outside, and our curated collection of modern Pop Art inside. It is the ideal retreat for the discerning guest seeking to unplug, unwind and connect with loved ones in a serene setting. Families love the ability to be “separate yet together”.

    Fully stocked, and we mean it. Relax with luxury linens, plush towels, and premium amenities that elevate the travel experience for any discerning guest. From coffee and tea to toiletries and detergent, all amenities are provided for the entire stay (not just a starter set)…. and a few “sweet” extras too!

    This condo is available in a 3 or 2 bedroom configuration. We also host several other similar condos at this Resort.

    WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP:
    - Bedroom 1: king bed, en suite bath with soaker tub and walk-in shower
    - Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, shared full bathroom with tub/shower across the hall
    - Bedroom 3: king bed, sofa sleeper, en suite bath with tub/shower (lock-off unit)

    KITCHEN: High-end fully equipped with modern, stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. All the pots, pans, dishware, glassware for a group feast. Turkey roasting pan? Yup, got that too! Spices, salt, pepper, olive oil to start. Adjacent open dining area with custom table (seats 6) for family dinners and game nights, with additional seating for 2 at the bar top.

    COFFEE? Craft your custom cup with our signature Luxart coffee and hot chocolate bar. High-end LatteGo machine makes everything including black coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee and more. Drip coffee machine and hot water kettle. Local Vail Mountain Coffee (regular & decaf) and fixings provided, herbal teas too! Mike & Jen’s hot chocolate mix for kids. Kids of all ages love Mike & Jen’s hot chocolate mix. provided for classic taste. Want more? Gondola Café & Market, coffee barista and quick bites on-site (seasonal).

    HOUSEKEEPING: Customized to the unique needs of each guest, housekeeping is provided by Luxart dedicated team (host), not the resort. Complimentary mid-stay clean for stays 7-nights or longer. Because you will always find plenty of extra towels and supplies, housekeeping is normally not needed or provided for short stays, but is available upon request. Daily service for additional charge.

    LAUNDRY: In-condo full size washer/dryer, detergent (free & clear) and dryer sheets provided.

    OTHER NOTES:
    CHECK-IN with the resort front desk, 4pm or after, (arrive at the resort anytime 11am or after). Primary guest required to check-in in-person, provide ID and credit card for resort/parking fees and any possible incidentals. Check-out as late as 11am.

    SAFETY: As part of our commitment to safety, safety and routine maintenance checks are completed regularly by the host and by the resort. Host is Breezeway Safety Certified.

    EXTENDED STAY: 30+ night stays welcome. Inquire about reduced rates and reduced resort/parking fees.

    PETS: Up to 2 well behaved dogs of any size are most welcome! Must provide notification prior to arrival, and non-refundable pet fee of $100, per stay. Resort is very dog friendly with plenty of spaces to run and play. (No other pets allowed.) Please do not leave dogs unattended, unless crate trained and not prone to barking. We are glad to recommend a local dog sitter if needed.

    **GUEST VERIFICATION: We are committed to maintaining a high standard of service for our guests and homeowners. After confirming your reservation, please complete the required guest verification. You will receive a separate notification from Truvi (the leading world-wide guest screening provider). Please complete the screening as soon as possible. a as possible, and prior to arrival.

Snowboarding vacation

We had an amazing first time visiting Colorado! This place was perfect for our mini vacation. Everyone was accommodating and the entire resort was spotless. We can’t wait to return!

FABULOUS!

We had a lovely week at Pop Art Villa. The unit is thoughtfully appointed having beautiful furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Our stay was comfortable and we hope to return soon.

Extraordinary location for ski fun

This 3 BR place is a wonderful place for family gathering. A very comfortable place. Very convenient for skiing via gondola .. or via the Westin Shuttle up to the base of Beaver Creek. The living area is comfortable for hanging out. We would certainly go back when 3 BRs is the right fit. And we’d go back in the summer for a different experience. Highly highly recommended.

STOP & LOOK NO FURTHER…

Hands down, the best property & best management team I’ve EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! There isn’t enough room to write ALL the ways this team blessed me and my family. The ONLY problem is we had to leave and we don’t know when we’ll be able to return. We can’t wait to return!!!

Spring Ski 2025

This property was everything we had expected. if you have stayed at this Westin Property you know all of the Resort amenities are a huge plus. There are tons of activities for teenagers and adults alike. The condo itself is gorgeous with a well appointed kitchen and large living room with some of the best Beaver Creek Mountain views. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also very large and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. No detail was left off the check list with all the kitchen utensils and spices one would need to cook in or just call up room service if you don't feel like getting out. We walked to local restaurants and shops and the onsite ski Concierge is clutch! The beds and linens were extremely comfortable as well. We will rent this condo again next year!
