Just a few steps away, the game room beckons with a 55” Smart TV, a pool table, and a wet bar equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. This level offers a full bathroom and a laundry room for your convenience. And don't worry about hauling your luggage up the stairs; take the all-level elevator!

On the second level, discover a king master bedroom and two more king bedrooms with access to a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have Smart TVs and breathtaking ocean views with direct access to the oceanfront deck. A fourth bedroom with twin beds and its own Smart TV offers easy access to a full hall bath, ensuring everyone's comfort.

Venture up to the third level, where panoramic ocean vistas embrace you in the great room, kitchen, and dining area. This level also boasts a king master suite with private access to the oceanfront deck. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
