Avon`s restaurants, grocery stores, liquor shops, and local conveniences are all within walking distance. Your private garage accommodates one vehicle, with additional guest parking available on-site, a luxury when you`re this close to the resort.

    NO SMOKING. Smoking, including the smoking or vaping of tobacco or marijuana, is PROHIBITED in all rooms, decks, patios, mud room, garage, deck, and all other inside and external common areas of the home. This will be strictly enforced by the property manager.

    FIREPLACE: Feel free to enjoy the fireplace while you`re in the living area, but please remember to turn it off when you leave the room.

    NO PETS. This property is NOT a pet-friendly unit, and will be strictly enforced. Please do not bring pets into the home or patio area at any time.

    PARKING. Park one vehicle in the heated garage space provided, with overflow parking for additional vehicles in the Guest Parking spaces near the west entrance. Please keep the garage doors closed at all times to maintain heat and conserve energy. No parking in front of the garage or in the drive area at anytime.

    QUIET HOURS. 11 PM to 7 AM. No excessive noise, radios, speakers, or other apparatus may be used that cause any unreasonable annoyance within the building, pool and outside common areas.

    NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

    SMOKE DETECTORS. Please do not remove the cover on any smoke detectors. Should you burn anything, please open exterior windows and doors to ventilate.

    TRASH & RECYCLING. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins in the garage. Help us maintain cleanliness by ensuring all waste is properly sorted.
