Great location, nice complex. 3 issues: 1. beware that the second bed is not a pullout couch. It is a futon and not really large enough to sleep 2 people. 2. When I sent the owner a message and asked if they had some way to get us an airbed or another bed, we got no answer at all. Completely ghosted. 3. Some of the towels had stains on them and the comforter and sheets for the futon were still damp when we arrived. We had to put them in the dryer. Also, not all pillows had pillowcases. Otherwise it worked well for our stay

Very nice place to stay. Westin is ok but very busy. Pool always crowded and small. Location an A+. Told when I checked in not to bother front desk by property manager but then he was of little help. No instructions on internet, garbage and he was geenrally hard to get a hold of. Again a very comfortable unit but I would not run to book it again.

Easy and consistent with expectations. The check-out guidelines were not posted at time of departure- minor inconvenience given we already swept floors, washed and put away dishes and washed towels as we would want others to do upon departure if our property.

Amazing Property 5*

The Westin Avon is an amazing property! We loved Jill's 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor looking over the river, gondola and up int the mountains. The main apartment comes with a huge master with King Bed, Soaking Tub and shower. A huge living space with open fire place, small balcony, great ding table for 8, and a massive fully equipped kitchen. A double door separates the Master area to the 2nd bedroom with 2 queen sized beds, ample storage and a tub/shower combo. We love the Lobby Bar for great food and drinks, Maya the restaurant in the Hotel will be reinvented to a Gourmet Steak House in April. Don't forget your swim suits, since the Spa has a heated out door pool, 3 different salt water Jacuzzies and a great eucalyptus steam room in the changing rooms. Also the Ski Valet (winter) is amazing and the gondola is right there. In summer it turns into bike storage. We will be back again!

Great ski trip with family!

We had a wonderful stay at this private residence within the Westin hotel! It was clean and had a well furnished kitchen. The washer and dryer were super helpful for wet ski clothes. Property manager was very communicative too. We would recommend!

Fabulous stay!

All in all- a perfect stay! Our family did not join us due to Covid so we had the whole place to ourselves. The Westin is beautiful and loaded with wonderful amenities. We loved the easy access to skiing, Starbucks, the gym and spa, Maya restaurant, and cozy fireplaces... Pros: Very clean and updated. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Plenty of seating in the living room. The kitchen was more than well stocked. Cons: Could not figure the oven out! It would be great if there was a cheat sheet available with the directions.... Beds were comfortable but the duvet was thin. More blankets would be wonderful! Found a worn duvet in the closet but it was even thinner than the one on the bed... ended up borrowing from one of the unused beds in the 2nd bedroom...
