Great condo

We really enjoyed staying here! It is technically ski in/out and we did it one day but with little kids it was just easier to drive which was also very close and easy. Also did the shuttle one day which was also very quick and easy, lots of options to get to the slopes. We loved the condo, it had plenty of space and lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a comfortable and spacious property that was very well appointed with personal amenities. One small deficit included non-functioning hot tub jets. Ski in ski out is accurate although considerable exertion is required to climb the hill in the morning to access the lower Beaver Creek chairlift. Overall though, highly recommended!

Family Ski Trip

We had an awesome family vacation. The condo was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the ski-in ski-out and proximity to the slopes. This made our ski days much more relaxing and flexible! We hope to return some day.

Great Stay

It was a great stay at the end of the ski season. Very comfortable. My only complaints would be that you have to walk or drive to get to the hot tub, about 100 yards if I were to guess. And the ski in/out wasn't what I thought it would be, but the local transit system was awesome, you just request pickup and they are there in like 5 min.

Very well equipped

With four adults and an infant, we made this our home for three nights. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking meals there easy. Even the Brita filter was a nice touch. It is pretty obvious that the unit is designed with kids in mind. The open plan gathering spaces on the main floor were nice and roomy. I have three suggestions and one comment that might help. First, the glass door on the downstairs hall bathroom is not very private. The simple fix would be to install some kind of roller shade to the back side of the door that could be lowered when adults are "using the facilities." I found the key and the lighter for the fireplace, which was helpful to relight the pilot when I turned it off trying to light it. I later saw the instructions for lighting the fireplace hand written in the book, but a copy of those instructions attached to to the key or the lighter would have made it easier to figure out that the dial/knob was the key to turning up the gas. Finally, the ski-in/ski-out instructions were not very clear. We were able to ask around to find the way out, but the first time back was a bit tricky because the trails are not well marked. Once we figured it out, it was easy, but better instructions would help first timers. BTW, the snow shovel in the ski closet was nice, but it was broken and mostly unusable.

Athena was extremely accommodating.

I would come back to stay Conveniently located to m mountain and lower beaver creek lift. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Bedroom located on first floor. Community hot tub, no sauna. Shuttle service available.

Fantastic home

This home was clean and well put together. The views are to die for! Couldn't get the fan in the loft to work- operator error maybe? The bathroom in the hallway didn't offer much privacy.

Spring break Ski trip

This a fantastic home which appears to have been recently remolded. The kitchen is well stocked with most of the necessities that one would need to feed families throughout a stay. The location is convenient to both Avon and Beaver Creek Village and is serviced by complimentary shuttle service from Beaver Creek (note: download the Village Connect app). The community hot tub provided much needed relief after a long day on the slopes. The home is convenient to the slopes with about a 80 yd walk up a small hill to the slopes and then a easy run down to Lower Beaver Creek lift. The ski back is even easier with a trail that takes you to the parking lot edge (<10’ from the front door). We will definitely come bask on our next trip to Beaver Creek. Thanks!

Great Summer Holiday Weekend in Beaver Creek

The property was in good shape, and had everything we needed for a nice Labor Day weekend in Beaver Creek. The check-in process was very easy, and the host was great to deal with.

Very clean and quiet area

We LOVED this property! Only a 4 minute drive to Beaver Creek village. Quiet condos with nice warm pool and big hot tub. Condo is spacious. Check top floor sliding glass door doesn’t lock well was our only complaint. Great place!
