Great place. Better than the photos. Fit 10 of us perfectly. Any more would be a bit tight. Parking is tight l, and only 1 space so plan accordingly. Very clean, easy to navigate and perfectly appointed. Warm weather conditions made skiing almost impossible so no thoughts on in-and-out accessibility but it appeared easy enough had there been snow. Great spot for a family vacation and shuttle made it close to everything. Great owners and property management.

This is a great property for a large group. My only complaint centers around the kitchen. We had a group of 10 …a lot of cooking. My primary complaint -every cupboard is jammed full of dishes etc. We had no place to store our food! The items in the drawers and cupboards need to be pared down-no need for an entire lazy Susan corner cabinet filled with Rubbermaid food storage containers. The unit is lovely ,but ,it felt like we were staying at someone’s home,rather than renting a condo. Pare down the kitchen,remove family photos and declutter decor.

Beautiful location. Even with a less than ideal snow situation this property made for an excellent holiday gathering for our family of 6 adults. Very well appointed, excellent location, true ski in ski out with heated garage parking and easy access to the unit through its own elevator

Everything was great at this condo. The ski in was a little work, but the ski out was fine as long as you have some skiing ability. The condo was nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.HR from Arkansas

Great Place for Ski In/Out

This place is terrific for ski in/out. You can ski directly to the slopes from the patio or take a very short walk to the nearest run. The condo is massive and incredibly nice. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot

We really loved the place. Super convenient to the lifts and ski and ski out. Much larger and more comfortable even than the pictures suggest. Having an elevator from the garage is spot on. Excellent value would absolutely recommend it for anyone!

One of the best short term rentals we've used (and we've used a lot)

This is a very nice location w/a great deal of high-quality amenities. An excellent ski-in/ski-out arrangement! The unit is all on one floor. Plenty of space. Good kitchen supplies, close walk on a heated walk to the hot tub, in unit elevator to the parking garage. We had a few minor issues and they were taken care of promptly. I would stay here again. A bit pricey, but a lot comes w/it.

We loved the location on the mountain. Easy ski in/out. The condo is very nice—lots of space to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Property management was quick to respond to our questions prior to our arrival.

Outstanding ski in/ski out

The pictures do not do it justice. This is an outstanding location (40 steps from a green run) Outdoor Pool and 2 hot tubs overlooking the slopes. Heated paths to the pools only 40 steps away (maybe bring sandals/robe?) Comfortably sleeps 10 people. Convenient to have private elevator! My family insisted we rebook for next year even before we left. Well stocked kitchen, even spices to share. They have thought of everything. It even has vaporizers available to help with dry mountain air! We HIGHLY recommend this property. If it is available BOOK IT!! It is a true ski in/ski out and you can ski right up to the sidewalk in front of your unit!

A fantastic, clean, spacious, and truly ski in / ski out property above the The Ritz-Carlton

We were all impressed with this property during our February 2023 ski trip; including the private elevator, heated garage, shopping carts to help unload groceries, extra soft carpet, and the location on the mountain. To ski out, you grab your skis from the private locker, head out the front door, turn left, and in 15 feet you are on snow in between the pool and the adjacent building, headed to Stirrup, an easy green run that takes you straight to the bottom of the Rtiz and the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift # 16. It is possible to get across to the Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift #18 but it is pretty flat, better to go down to the Ritz and head up. Our skiing group had a variety of abilities, but all were above beginners so we decided to avoid the ski school zone at the main village because our goal was to spend most of the time at McCoy Park. It was incredibly easy to ski down and meet our private instructor at the bottom of the Ritz. This is an excellent home base to explore the new McCoy Park and less crowded Aerohead Village areas. Cabin Feaver is a great run and takes you right back to the front door. Skiing out of the back porch might be possible but we didn't try. Going out the front seems to be the best. There is no cable TV, but fast internet so luckily we were able to hook a laptop up and stream the Super Bowl to the main TV.

Beaver Creek home

Great house with 4 bedroom and a bathroom in each room, plus a half bath. Each room had a variety of bed set up (one with 2 double beds, two with king bed & one with 4 bunk beds. Well-stocked kitchen with lots of utensils, cookware and tableware. Elevator takes you from the garage into the house - which was VERY convenient. Ski to Bachelor Gulch express lift chair. Ski locker available just outside the front door. There is a bit of a drive to Bachelor Gulch Village (Ritz Carlton) & even farther Beaver Creek Village - not a problem if you want to stay in or if the weather is OK.
