Great spot for the area. Clean. Quiet and spacious.Upstairs gets really hot (we stayed during winter) b/c of heating system. Had to have windows open to make it tolerable. Only thing missing is the ability to plug in and charge our EV.

The condo itself was average and located in a great spot for Beaver Creek access.We had a car and had to use it. The management company was difficult to reach when we arrived and were unable to gain access with the code that was give. Eventually, we recieved a new code and had no other issues. would recommend for someone on a budget.

It was a beautiful property with everything we needed. The team got back to us quickly with our inquiries. It was helpful for us coming from overseas to realise the address was a street address and apartment number as this is not an address style we recognise. We realised it was at River Oaks Apartments turn off from the main road - Highway 6. A big garage and the apartment up on the third floor We didn’t have a car. We could catch a local bus on the highway to do the one stop to Avon Station to catch the gondola up to ski.

I loved the place and the proximity to everything. The only thing I would recommend is the unit get some fans for summer. It can get quite warm in the unit if you are working remotely from there. Also there were little bugs all over the white bench. Not sure how they were getting in. Other than that it was a cute little place!

This condo is perfect if you want to be close to BearCreek Resort and all its amenities but have your own space. Also a short drive into Vail.

We wanted to stay close to Beaver Creek, and this condo was the perfect location. It was very well furnished, with really nice upgrades. Only negative is that it's on the 3rd floor, which I didn't realize, so that made it difficult bringing in our luggage upon arrival and departure. Otherwise, great condo!

Great place with a good location it has one queen bed and 2 twins and a couch that you can sleep on. Neighbors are all great and it's overall perfect for a good vail getaway. We did have trouble finding how to lock the doors and turn on the AC other than that though we loved it!

This was one of three rentals we have had in three months in the area and the best unit so far. Didn’t have a light in the master bath for a day but the maintenance people were kind and managed the problem well. We enjoyed the fireplace. Would stay again.

This was a great condo for our family with two small children. Beautiful kitchen for fun meals in, and close proximity to skiing in Vail and Beaver Creek. The electric door lock was broken when we arrived, and then the vacasa agent told me that we couldn’t get in until 4 pm due to Covid cleaning restrictions. I was stranded outside of the condo with a 6 month old baby and two year old for 45 minutes. When 4 pm rolled around, the electric door lock still wouldn’t open. I had to call vacasa back when another agent told me about the lock box, which is the key we used to get in and out of the house. The condo and stay were lovely, but lack of help and check-in process left a bad taste in my mouth.

Loved the area and overall a nice condo. No AC which in normal for the area but there are no fans available and no screens on the bedroom and living room windows, so it was uncomfortable at night. Tried to call the property manager and be prepared to be on hold for a long time. Took a while to figure out how to check in since there is no communication from property manager regarding this.
