BEDROOMS This well-appointed mountain residence offers four private bedrooms plus a bunk area, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. With seven smart TVs throughout the home, each space is designed for relaxation, privacy, and convenience.
Bedroom 1 – Main floor A spacious king bedroom with a full, spa-like en suite bathroom, conveniently located on the main level. With vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and a walk out patio- this primary suite is perfectly suited for apres ski relaxation.
Bedroom 2- Second Floor A king bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom, providing a quiet and restful retreat after a day on the mountain.
Bedroom 3 – Second Floor This inviting Queen bedroom also includes a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 – Basement Level A comfortable King bedroom located on the lower level. This room shares a full bathroom with the adjacent bunk area, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.
Bunk Area – Basement A dedicated bunk area designed for additional guests or kids, conveniently located next to Bedroom 4 and sharing the same bathroom. This area offers two sets of twin over twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Please note this area is not fully enclosed, although there is a door separating the bunks from the king room.
BATHROOMS The home features 4.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and convenience for all guests: • One full bathroom and one half bathroom on the first floor • Two full en-suite bathrooms on the second floor • One full bathroom in the basement, shared by the King bedroom and bunk area All bathrooms are clean, bright, and stocked with quality towels and essential toiletries.
KITCHEN & LIVING SPACES The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and ample cookware, making it easy to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to full meals.
The home offers two separate living rooms, each with a large smart TV, allowing guests to spread out comfortably—whether relaxing, socializing, or enjoying a quiet evening in.
OUTDOOR SPACE Step onto the outdoor deck with grill, ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh mountain air. A small yard surrounds the home (not fenced).
The hot tub is located just across a quiet street, accessible via a short and easy path—perfect for unwinding after skiing or hiking.
TRANSPORTATION & AMENITIES During ski season, the Beaver Creek shuttle provides front-door pickup, offering effortless access to the slopes. Guests can easily schedule rides using the Village Connect App.
Guests also enjoy access to Arrowhead amenities, enhancing the overall mountain experience.

We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation. •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
