2025 was a great year for us and I want to thank all our guest for choosing Beach Happy and taking such good care of the house, we had 100% 5 star guest !!! Avon was first called Kinnakeet, the first settlers were Algonquian Indians, the Post Office in 1883 changed the name to Avon, do not know why! Beach Happy is a semi-ocean front property located on the secluded North End of Avon, NC. Beach Happy offers perfect 360° views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound. The ground level of the property offers covered parking, capable of fitting more than four vehicles under the house. Additionally, the property offers an outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, and park grill on the grounds. Beach Happy is 2 stories, sitting over 20 feet off the ground. The first floor houses four bedrooms, each having access to a full bathroom. The second floor houses the living quarters of the home, providing a kitchen, bar seating, kitchen table, dining table, living room, sitting room, and playroom. Both floors provide wrap around decks, offering views of both the ocean and sound at each level, with ample seating and outdoor furniture on both floors. The playroom is stocked with books and games for children of all ages, including a foosball table. Beach Happy is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a beach access ramp only thirty feet from the property.
