Repeat customers
We are repeat customers for this property. Fantastic location within BC Village. Ski valet and rental on 2nd floor. Exit with skiis and a couple escalator rides up and you are at base of ski lifts.

Perfect Location for a Short Stay
Excellent choice for a 2-4 day stay, close to slopes and places to eat. Room is large enough & nice enough to be comfortable, and resort is super quiet. Restaurant inside has fantastic breakfasts. Ski shop inside is really helpful too. Only knock is that hottub is just OK and the room does not have a kitchen.

Great location!
This was a great stay! Location is perfect to for skiing and also for enjoying great restaurants and shopping in the evenings. The amenities, hot tub, steam room, work out, are great and the space was clean and comfortable. Great restaurant in the building too. Will be back!

Unresponsive Host
Host indicated we could valet our car at the property if we showed up early. However, upon arriving at 11AM, the property said that we couldn’t park until 4PM. I then sent two messages to the host asking if he could help us park or give recommendations. However, the host never replied and we lost out on a good bit of very expensive ski time as a result. No clue why he couldn’t respond, but it was a bit unpleasant.

Great location
Enjoyed my stay so close to everything Beaver Creek has to offer all within walking distance. The Beaver Creek golf club was a beautiful and fun track to play. Can't wait to come back. Thank you Oliver for occommodating my late change/request!

Excellent location and condo.
We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. The only non-positive comment I would make is that the condo is located at a Marriott property. Several times we heard that because we were staying in the condos we could not enjoy several amenities reserved for the Marriott guests. We didn’t realize the condo and Marriott operated separately but in the same building.

Hi Mikel, I am sorry for this miscommunication by the Marriott staff. I want all future guests to know that you are absolutely entitled to use all of the amenities as they are owned by the HOA (owners) not the hotel.

Great location; Unit okay
Great location! There was an issue with the heat throughout our stay and it was stifling. Also, the unit itself was not super well maintained, and just felt unclean.

Hi Abra, thank you for taking the time to review my property. I have not had a complaint about the heat on this unit so I will have the building manager come see what the issue might be. I'm also disappointed to hear that you felt the condo is not well maintained as it went through a total remodel just 2 years ago but will take a deeper look into that as well. Thanks, Oliver

Loved it.
Fantastic. Excellent location. Well-known ski shop is on 2nd floor which allows easy valet of skis/poles. You walk out of the 2nd floor and you are at a main entrance to Beaver Creek Village (this did require a very short walk through the village with skis/poles in-hand; but this was not a problem for us; exact same walk for fellow skiers who ride the shuttle bus). Very clean unit and the the pictures were exactly as advertised. The service of the people on the property was excellent. Oliver was very responsive to some questions we had before our arrival.

Extra night in Beaver Creek
The check in and check out processes were as easy as could be, and Oliver was very responsive. The property was well located just adjacent to the mountain. The unit was clean, and the hotel has great amenities (s’mores and hot chocolate, concierge, nice buffet breakfast for a fee, hot tub, etc). I would definitely stay here again. Oliver is great and a pleasure to deal with.

Great location and facility in Beaver Creek
Beaver Creek Lodge is in a great spot. The facility is nice, if a little dated. It wasn't clear to me whether this was a condotel that the VRBO host was renting out, or if he has block the room to resell through VRBO. Eitherway, the connection at check-in wasn't as smooth as other VRBOs we've done.

Great property, location and unit!
The check-in & out process was very easy, and the property manager was very accommodating. The unit was maintained well and very clean. The property is right in the middle of Beaver Creek Village within a very short walking distance to everything main ski lifts, restaurants, ice skating rink and shops.

Great access to ski hill and the lodge had everything we needed.
Oliver was very attentive with some minor issues we found. He got right on it and had problem resolved in no time. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Beaver Creek. As a reminder...be prepared to spend an additional $50 per night for parking.

Most convenient
This property was so convenient for getting to the lifts and children’s ski school. We didn’t need a car at all during our stay. The property was clean and recently updated. It met all of our standards and we would definitely stay here again.

Great property but not ski in/ski out as advertised. The hike is not bad to the lifts.
Great vacation. Disappointed that the property is not ski in/ski out. That was a critical feature when we selected the property.

Hi Tom, thank you for taking the time to review my property. It sounds like you really enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry that there seems to be some confusion over the ski-in/out classification. The property has a ski bridge to the entrance that only requires a 50 foot flat walk to cross the road. This bridge handles both skiing in and out of the property, with skiing out done by going downhill to the Elkhorn lift. However for quicker service to the mountain, I prefer to just exit out the back from the ski valet entrance and walk 200 feet to the Strawberry Express lift. I’m sorry if this was not explained to you on arrival. I’m going to make a better point of explaining this to future guests. Thanks again for choosing my place and Happy New Year!

Super clean and comfortable just steps from the heart of the village.
Check-in was extremely easy and the valet parking was convenient. The staff at the lodge was very accommodating and friendly. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable and well appointed. We took several trips into the village and it is only minutes away walking. It has everything you need for a great time. We would definitely return to this unit.
