"Everything was perfect "

"The house was perfect for our needs. The walk to the beach is literally across the street! The only cons were we were: 1. The door wouldn’t unlock when we got there on a Sunday night. And the door was sticky trying to get in and out. It also took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone to help us while we were locked out. That was a stressful time. Vacasa was much more responsive the rest of the week and the customer service people were great!2. only given 2 garbage bags for the week. They...

"We had a great stay at this rental. Even though as some other reviews suggest, the condo is a bit outdated, it would not deter us from renting this condo again. The location is great (we’ve been in OBX multiple times and love Avon!) and the ocean views can’t be beat. Waking up every morning to the sun rising over the ocean was amazing. If you’re a family like ours, and aren’t bothered by the condo being a little outdated, I would highly recommend this rental! "

The house décor showed the owner’s pride in the property. Compared to other properties we have stayed in over the past 25 years, this rental is at the top of the list."

"Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property."
