  • Located about ten minutes walk from the ramparts, my 72m2 apartment will bring you all the necessary comfort (air conditioning) for a pleasant stay in Avignon. Located in a quiet private residence (on the 1st floor with asensceur)

L'accès de l'immeuble est compliqué. Quelques linges sont restés sur les séchoirs du balcon et à côté de la cuisine. Les draps ne sont pas repassés. Beaucoup de bruits la nuit.

Grand appartement qui possède 2 salles d'eau et 2 véritables chambres climatisées. La troisième est une alcôve dans le salon sans porte.Très bien situé avec un parking sécurisé. Le bus de la ligne 9 passe dans la rue et vous emmène à différentes portes des remparts.Un supermarché se trouve à proximité.Linge de maison très propre. Point négatif : l'etat du sol, des poignées de portes et des interrupteurs

L’immeuble est un peu bruyant surtout à cause du quartier mais très sécurisé et l’appartement est grand et très bien distribué.Le ménage n’était pas impeccable mais ça allait quand même …Il est surtout idéalement placé pour aller au festival … juste génial.Thomas et Nina sont ultra réactifs et hyper arrangeants

Check-in didn’t quite work as instructed. The person at the apartment we were told to contact didn’t understand why we contacted them. Luckily a young woman let us enter the building so we could access the apartment. While the apartment was quite a ways from city center, there was a convenient bus line and stop just 1/2 a block away. The kitchen facilities and access to wifi were just fine.

Wonderful holiday in South of France

The apartment is located in south of Avignon and easy to reach. There is a local market across the road where we would get fresh baguettes and fruits every morning. There is Lidl nearby (5 minutes drive), along with bakeries.The apartment itself was very neat and comfortable. We communicated regularly with Nina and always received a prompt answer. Nina speaks only French and we used google translate to communicate with her and this worked out very well. She was very nice and friendly in her answers and she had even left chocolates for our kids. There was a little hiccup at the time of the check in: we couldn’t open the main door of the building but there was a nice resident who helped us. Maybe the instructions to enter the main door of the building should be clearer. The apartment had everything that one could need during a stay: the kitchen was well stocked (Nespresso machine, water kettle, iron, towels, bedding, etc) and the WiFi connection was very strong. We did not use the public transport system as we had our own car. The apartment is centrally located - we visited Gorges de Verdon, Gorges de Archede, Marseilles, Camargue - all highly recommended and were maximum two hours away from the apartment. We even went to Cannes and Monaco which are three hours away from this apartment.Overall we had a wonderful stay in this apartment and I highly recommend this apartment.
