The place was amazing! So many pros - the view is perfect, house was so clean, bed was extremely comfy, the place was stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation from kitchen supplies to extra blankets. Fireplace was so nice. Easy to get to and from town on the provided golf cart. Cons - nothing too big. We left pumpkin pie out (in container) and ants were all over it the next morning. We left nothing out after that and didn’t see another ant. I have AT&T and couldn’t make calls out and I didn’t have the access code to the lockbox. Luckily my husband had service and the owner/mgr answered immediately and gave me the code so make sure you have cell service and the code before getting into Hamilton cove. I appreciated the quick communication. This has been one of my favorite trips and I would stay in this exact unit again!

The BEST Way to Experience Catalina!

This property was absolutely a 10 out of 10 for our family! The the views were incredible. It was spacious - our family of four fit perfectly (two kids under 10 plus Mom and Dad), it had everything we needed and it was the best way to experience Catalina! From the golf cart that enabled us to experience all the island had to offer, the units close proximity to the pool as well as the complex's private little beach; we will definitely be back! Our host was super communicative as well!

So much fun!

My husband and I had a wonderful 3-day mid-May stay at this beautiful property. The views are stunning with Avalon town and restaurant mecca a short 5-7 min golf cart ride away. From the moment the ferry pulled in it was smooth sailing to the condo. Cab line-up is right off the ferry; cost about 23 each way. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and felt like home. Very clean and spacious with high ceilings and lots of light. Views galore, corner penthouse with an opulent king bedroom, all with stunning views to the ocean. A great place to celebrate a birthday! Two patio seating areas so sun or shade always available. Stairs, although to a penthouse, were minimal due to terraced road behind the unit. The property contact, Anna Perez, was wonderful to deal with. Thank you Anna!Hamilton Cove is a private enclave of condos on a large seaside property. Boats anchoring in the bay and lots of water-sport activities spilling over from close-by Avalon there’s lots to see from the balconies. Couple of notes: 1) Likely challenging for longer stays as no washer/dryer in the condo available to guests. Wasn’t a deal breaker as there only 3 days - longer stays may be an issue; 2) The included golf cart was a little beat up but convenient and great fun. (Most if not all rental condos in Hamilton Cove include a golf cart.); 3) Altho no a/c we were ok with corner ocean breezes. Summer may not fare as well. Overall loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

Quick Get Away!

My husband and daughter and I wanted to escape LA for a few days, and we LOVED the relaxing atmosphere of this condo! The convivence of having a golf cart to get around was such a HUGE perk! We loved how quiet and clean the place was and will be back!!

Beautiful View

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at your beautiful condo. The views each morning as the sun came up were gorgeous. We also thoroughly enjoyed your golf cart for our trips to town. The Catalina Coffee and Cookie Company saw us each day. The cart worked perfectly for our transportation and was lots of fun to drive. The wind coverings came in handy when we had two windy days while there. My only complaint was that you don't have access to normal network TV stations. That should be a bare minimum. We did use the streaming service for Netflix so we did have some service. I missed out on my football games though. I was not prepared for that disappointment.

Unbelievably AMAZING Property

In one word: WOW! I truly don't even know where to begin with this property. Out of the many rentals we have stayed at over the years, nothing compares to this Catalina Island paradise. This property is truly a gem, but what makes it so special is honestly the owners/host, Catalina Dream Vacations. From the original time of booking to check-out, Amber provided us wirh top-notch communication and not only met but far exceeded our expectations. Then, there's the actual unit. This condo has the most gorgeous views and it is the quietest place we have ever stayed at, which was absolutely perfect for my husband and I since we were there for a 20-year anniversary "redo" since I wound up in urgent care two years ago when we were on a trip to celebrate back then. The decor is so cute, the bed is extremely comfortable, the use high-quality linens...I even found two things that I loved so much that I ordered them for our own home while we were staying there. If you're looking for a magical getaway in Catalina, don't bother wasting your time looking any further and just BOOK THIS PLACE NOW. You will not regret it!!! Thanks again, Amber and Catalina Dream Vacations, for one of the best vacations of my 52 years. We can't wait to come back again!

Wonderful stay. The only thing this unit needs is soft pillows for the bed, so you might want to bring your own. The bathroom is an open plan, so you better be on friendly terms with your guest.

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I brought our twin 5 year old grand kids. This home was perfect for our family. It has everything you would ever need and the view is spectacular. It is really nice to be away from the crowded town of Avalon but be able to use the golf cart when we do want to go to town.
