The Pacific has a way of asserting itself at Hamilton Cove - the bay stretches out ahead of you, catching the winter light in long, flat sweeps of silver and blue, and the hillside perch makes it impossible to ignore. The space
This one-bedroom villa sits above Avalon with a private entrance and room for up to four guests. Inside, the living area is calm and well set-up - a flat-screen TV, board games, and ceiling and portable fans for when the afternoon warms up. Heating is available for the cooler evenings that roll in off the water this time of year.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds two beds dressed with full bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Hangers, an iron, and all towels and toiletries are taken care of - pack light and arrive ready to unwind.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is thoroughly outfitted for real cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and coffee maker with coffee provided are all on hand. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - are stocked alongside wine glasses and barbecue utensils for the grill outside. Eat in at the dining table, or take it out to the patio with the bay laid out in front of you.

One full bathroom with hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - properly stocked and nothing overlooked.
 
Outdoors & shared amenities
The shared patio opens onto bay views with a BBQ grill set up and ready. Pool and hot tub access are included for guests - a straightforward way to spend the better part of a day. Beach essentials are provided for when you head down: beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear. A gym is available on-site for guests keeping up a routine.
 
Getting around
The included electric golf cart is the right way to move around Avalon - low-key, nimble, and built for the island's pace. Free parking and an EV charger are on-site. The villa's waterfront position means direct beach access is always close.
 
Good to know
Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front door and on the patio facing the ocean. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on the property. There is no carbon monoxide detector. Wi-Fi is included. A washer and air conditioning are not available at this property.
