Update as of May 2024: The home has been completely painted inside and out. All new LED lights installed. New outside lights for your safety. Deep cleaning throughout including carpets and sofa. New mattresses and box springs where needed. New blinds where needed. We spent7 weeks on the home insuring everything is throughly cleaned and nice for your vacation! Perfect family getaway within walking distance to all Avalon has to offer! Whether going to the beach, going to one of Avalon's great eateries, shopping, golfing, boating, snorkeling/diving, parasailing, or just sightseeing, this is the vacation home for you!

A beautiful mediterranean style home, with a warm and modern beach style interior. The master bedroom has a Cal King bed, fireplace, and deck.

The second bedroom upstairs has two twins and a full.
There is a full bathroom in between the bedrooms. The washer and dryer are also on this level.

The first floor bedroom is a queen with an additional full bath. There is also a queen sofa sleeper with a new Cool Comfort mattress as of 7/2021.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are open and great for entertaining. There is another fireplace on this floor.

The kitchen is fully stocked and the barbecue is located right out the sliding doors.

We provide all linens and towels. Guests always seem to leave behind beach chairs but, bring your beach towels!

The home has Directv with the new Genie system. There are televisions in each bedroom, as well as the living room.
Please note, this home does have central heat but does not have A/C! My rates would reflect that!
At this time, we do not have WIFI. Until it is mastered, I will not provide it.

This is a great home and well cared for, owner run. No hill climbing and centrally located. We do not provide a golf cart for this home.
