"The villa was stocked with all you need to get your vacation started. It was a short walk to the nearest pool and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, you can catch the tram for a faster trip if you desire. The villa was very quiet at night which made sleeping that much easier after a day at the beach and enjoying the hot sun. Our only 1 complaint would be the shower had little flow coming from it."

"A couple of friends and I were in town for the weekend and stayed at Dawn's lovely Bahama Beach location. It was great for us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, great proximity to the activities we wanted to do and excellent communication from Dawn. Check-in and check-out were easy. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. We were wishing we had more time there! "

"Location to beach is great. It’s as close as you can get without being beachfront. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 8 kids. Prompt and responsive communication with the host. All the beach and pool items you need are there. Thanks for a wonderful week!"

"The property was dirty, we had to clean prior to our stay. There was dirty laundry on the floor in the downstairs bathroom, apparently the tenant on the property was using the laundry room. The bathroom had trash in the can, toilets unclean dead bugs all over. Trash on the upstairs balcony, was not what we expected to encounter for the price we paid"
