"The apartment suite was modern and fresh, in line with my expectations; the staff were very professional and friendly. However, I was unfortunate enough to end up with a room which had virtually no view with very limited natural light. I realise the hotel cannot do much about this even for any future guest occupying this room, as it's simply a shocking building design oversight. Getting back to positives, the hotel is located within a 5-10 min walk to the bustling Civic dining and entertainment...

"A modern and clean property in the heart of Canberra which includes a kitchen with a microwave. I loved the pre-arrival phone call with instructions, the friendly staff and the easy check-out process. Located walking distance from the Canberra Centre and the main food street in Canberra. Very impressed!"

"The room was fine, the hotel was clean and the limited interactions I had with staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the parking is terrible. The hotel carpark is tiny and fills up quickly and the street parking around the hotel is all time limited. If you are travelling for work or are an early riser then this hotel is great but if you are looking for a relaxing stay where you can sleep in, this is probably not the place for you."

"Buena opción en Canberra. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y silenciosas. Cada día que no pides renovar las toallas te dan 10$ australianos para canjear en el restaurante anexo al propio hotel. Creo que deberían reembolsarlo como opción si no quieres consumir en ese restaurante. Saludos. "

"The room is a bit dated but overall worth it for the amount that I paid at that time about AUD 110/night this included breakfast. Only wish the breakfast would include a selection of savoury rather than just all sweet stuff. Love the pancake machine but be prepared for a longer queue if you go later. Overall, the staff a courteous and helpful. My room faces the main Northbourne Ave but not too noisy because the glass doors to the balcony is double glazed and keep the noise out. Short walk to...
