"The property was located at the end of a quiet street away for the noise of the Strip. The entire property has been renovated with upscale touches such as keyless entry, a keurig coffee maker, Blackstone grill, full kitchen with amenities and a full sized washer and dryer. It also included a fireplace and air conditioning. The front porch had seating and an umbrella and the back porch included a very nice wooden table and a peaceful water feature. The yard included a propane fire pit. ...

"The location and the house itself is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC…The walk to the water has a steep incline (difficult for older people). The picnic table, located closer to the water, had weeds growing up through, and around it. One of the rockers on the main deck was broken, as was the table umbrella. There was, (what appeared to be) two different blink cameras aimed toward the sitting area…Didn’t like the idea of being watched while lounging on the deck. Cell service was spotty...

"Lesa was a very responsive host throughout our stay. Prior to arrival, she provided useful information about the area and dining recommendations which was much appreciated. The home itself was very nice and whenever we had questions she responded promptly. Unfortunately we experienced several issues during our stay. There was a significant ant problem in the kitchen including on countertops, floors, and main hallways. We also encountered a sticking back door and water in basement. To Lesa credit...

"This was a great place for our family of 8 to stay while visiting the historic sites in Kirtland. It was clean and cozy and very convenient. We really appreciated the thought put into providing everything we needed while there. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and plenty of towels. The kitchen had all the appliances, cookware and serving dishes we needed and more. The washer and dryer were very helpful during our stay. There were enough places to eat and lounge for all of us.
