The place was exactly as described. Beautiful rooftop with a view of downtown for the sunsets. We had one minor issue with the Lietz and the host sent someone over right away and had the lights fixed. Would definitely rent there again.

Overall we enjoyed our time. House had some leaks from rain while we were there. Kitchen was decent. Close proximity to downtown via rideshare. Deck has amazing views.

House was great! Not walking distance too much. The Dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer all did not work. With a house full it was an inconvenience. View was amazing!

Great location and space

Loved this house! The space was excellent and clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Only issue we had was some plumbing problems on the first floor which were easily resolved by host. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

The place is very nice, spacious, and has an excellent view from the roof deck. It just had a few issues to note. It's a great location for East Austin, but if you want to get downtown, you'll need to drive or walk through the homeless camps under I 35. The place had some water leaks in the past that should be patched up, and the front window was still leaking during the rain we had. The roof deck door locked behind us, and we couldn't figure out how to unlock it. The place only has one space in the driveway for a place that sleeps ten, so plan on parking on the street if you have a car. Communication with the host was very good.

Amazing stay!

The place was fantastic! All of the rooms were clean and had their own individual TVs in them. The rooftop terrace and ping pong room were a huge plus as well.

Great location close to restaurants. Beautiful rooftop view and hangout space. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for all of our guests. Kitchen well supplied and lots of TVs. (Bring your own streaming log in passwords.) Prompt text response when code didn’t work upon checkin. 1 toilet not flushed upon checkin, so cleaning might have been rushed from previousRenters, but not a big deal. I’d happily rent here again.

Great stay

Great property for a group! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lots of places nearby to explore. Only minor point was that we contacted the hosts while there but got no response. Lucky it wasn’t anything urgent!!

Great Spot

Location was perfect. Easily walkable to restaurants and Rainey Street. We also walked to the stadium for a game which took about 45 minutes but plenty of places to stop along the way. Communication with property manager was easy and efficient. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, except the neighbors directly behind. Very loud, partying every night we were there, the last night they were up all night, music loud, jumping in the pool at 5am, we left for airport at 7:30 and they were still drinking and playing music.

Trip to Austin

This property was great for our group of family and friends. The comfy couch was a huge hit. The kitchen area and living room was a nice place to hang out together. We were bummed we didn’t use the rooftop deck but it was too hot for us Colorado people! Highly recommend this property.

Property was great for our group of 8. Exactly as described. Was super close to everything and getting around the city was easy. When we had any questions a text was responded to quickly and any small issues were handled immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Austin

This property is just as represented in the description. The rooftop deck is clearly the highlight, with a beautiful view of the city. The communication with the property manager was superior. The mechanical lock failed while on our trip, and was repaired before we returned. Very responsive.

Great property

Over all loved it. Location, as advertised, size, laundry were all great! Things to improve. Kitchen wasn’t really clean in particular we had to rewash plates and cups. Maybe last load of dishes had an issue. Two frying pans were really disgusting so we didn’t use them and set them aside. Couches were terrible. Like big velor bean bags. Might be ok for some but not our cup of tea. Tv would not connect to WiFi. Plugs in kitchen did not work except for one near coffee maker. Not a knock but just heads up driveway is short and very steep. Steps not lit at night so they are a little tricky till you get use to them. MB bedroom ded was great. Others in group complained about their beds though. Scatter rugs in bathrooms were dirty before we used them. Overall great place thought. I have stayed in Austin Vrbo before and this was one of the best. Roof top deck was amazing view of Austin and sunrise/sunset. Would definitely rent again hoping some of the above could be addressed.

Five friends and I used Valerie as our base for a long weekend in Austin. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus several great spaces for us to visit in. The ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus.

Great house, great location!

We were a group of 4 couples staying 4 nights and this was a perfect house for us. We all had our own room and bathroom, Kitchen and living rooms were spacious and the rooftop deck was an added bonus! Great beds, linens, towels, everything was clean and well cared for. Would stay here again!
