SXSW Stay for Work

My business partner and I stayed at this location along with our spouses. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable.The owners or managers communicated easily.We felt safe in this area as well.

Hosts were WONDERFUL!

These hosts were very accommodating. They were helpful with restaurant suggestions and gave input on locations we were interested in visiting. They went over and above to meet our needs.

Very clean apt

The host, Daniel made our overall stay was very easy. He responded very promptly for all my requests. The apt is super clean & comfortable. The location accessibility is great & walkable distance to many good restaurants. We stay at the same place again if we are in Austin. Thank you!!

Clean and Comfortable!

This place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed! The owners left very detailed (and helpful) notes on how to use electronics and appliances and a list of great restaurant recommendations. Good Communication and easy check-in. If I come back to Austin, I will definitely check to see if this place is available!

Fantastic First Time in Austin!

This 2 bed/2 bath rental is beautiful and well appointed and in the center of everything! Dan and Bill are so thoughtful with so many recommendations of things to do, see and eat in the area. It’s also a short trip to Hamilton Pool, Mt Bonnell, South Congress, UT Austin and more. Fantastic place in a great location! We will be back! Thank you!

The best!

Exceptional in every way! Super clean, comfortable and perfect distance for the places we need to go. Seriously, the cleanest place we’ve stayed and we travel frequently. Everything you need they’ve thought of. Decor is chic but still comfortable. Communication was great. This will be our go to place to stay in Austin! Thank you!!!!

ATX Long Weekend

A wonderfully located and thoughtfully decorated unit located 15 minutes from everything and anything in ATX! My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed what the area had to offer. Dan and Bill were communicative upon our arrival to Austin. There are plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants within walking distance of the property. We'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay outside of the downtown area!

Great place to stay and a good deal

This was a girl’s weekend, and we loved the space. It’s a very nice place, well stocked, and nicely appointed. The location wasn’t bad, but it is a short Uber or bike ride into Austin. Also anyplace nearby shuts down early, but Walgreens (in the parking lot) is open until midnight and has a great selection of snacks, beer, and wine. We really enjoyed walking to Matt’s for margaritas and a delicious lunch.
