We were made very welcome throughout our stay, with helpful advice on the accommodation and surrounding area. The location is convenient to downtown, local bars and cafes and a cycle path. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Mommy and me Trip

We absolutely loved this place. It's a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor space, smartly appointed and location is just about perfect. Bring or rent a bike and you can go almost anywhere in the city from this spot! We loved it. It's cozy and fun.

Fantastic location and place

This was a clean, convenient place to stay. It's very close to all the east Austin spots and Rainey street. I would 100% recommend.

Cozy

The place was cute and cozy, very intimate and location was extremely convenient. We stayed during new years and we had a great view! we were able to see all the fireworks and downtown from the house.

Great Weekend Stay

My wife and I stayed for a weekend in Austin and this place was perfect! Walkable coffee shops, bars, great food, and anything else downtown is a walk/scooter away. Great time in a great city! Thanks!

Excellent hidden-away stay

This was the perfect-sized space with all the amenities needed. It was close enough to the convention center (short 10 minute walk), as well as the east side of the freeway I had not explored that had many more nice restaurants and bars than the busy west wide of sixth street. I was pleased with this an alternative to the expensive hotels closer to the convention center.

Perfect for ACL

We had a great time at ACL. The house was very nice and clean. There are lots of signs and QR codes to explain the locks and other various things. The location is super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Great for travel

Stayed here two nights for work. Easy access to downtown via walking, bike, or scooter. Place was nice shower was great. Owners very communicative. Would for sure stay here again.

First experience with VRBO, would definitely recommend this location. Pros -Great & safe location walking distance to food and activities -Responsive hosts and very accommodating -Easy to access and felt seclusive even though close to active area Cons -Smaller then expected -Ladder to get upper level

Thanksgiving Getaway

My friend and I decided on a last minute trip to Austin over the Thanksgiving weekend. The location was very convenient to downtown Austin, it was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place for a low hassle, simple, comfortable stay.

Clean and well stocked

Despite its small size, this place had everything we needed. I appreciated the makeup remover and microfiber pads supplied and the code access made for easy check in/travel without carrying a key.

Austin gem in thriving neighbourhood

Great stay all around. A unique loft and although small it really served our needs. Limited kitchen cooking options but with microwave and fridge and Wholefoods minutes away we still did great with eating in. Great communication with property manager at all times on check-in and out and during stay as well. Super clean and would stay here again in we returned to Austin.

Girls weekend

My friend and I booked this place for a little weekend getaway and it was AMAZING!!! Location was perfect and the owners really though of all the little details to make your stay hassle free! I would give this property 10 stars if I could!!! Is it a small place? Yes, but for you and one or 2 other people it is perfect, cute, and cozy!

Short Stay in Downtown Austin

Me and my partner stayed in this location and had a lovely stay. The place was the perfect size for us and with the loft we could've comfortable had three people stay here. The place was clean with amazing water pressure. There was a brilliant view of the Austin downtown sky line, and our stay was very enjoyable. The place was fully stocked with anything you would need; a water filter, toiletries, microwave, refrigerator, games, a steamer, and an iron. The place was very nice and comfortable and I would recommend!

Great Space

The apartment was perfect for one guest. Some thought did go into walking around at night as the location between a very well-lit area and a very run down area, but this didn't keep me from walking around to enjoy the Austin. The owners were incredibly responsive to questions and very accomodating.

This spot was the perfect little place to rest our heads during our recent trip to Austin! While there was construction near by, earplugs were provided and the thought and care put in was worth any activity outdoors! There were so many little accommodations and thoughts put into the loft. While small, we never planned on spending extra time outside of getting ready and sleeping and this location was perfect!

Great location and ammenties

Edwin and the team were prompt with their responses to any of my inquiries/concerns. This tiny style loft was in great proximity to many of Austin's points of interest and the little details that were provided were excellent. Access to this loft was behind the main house and up a flight of stairs, that is located above within a separate building. I would definitely book again at this location if I was in town for the weekend.

Nicely designed loft

Nice, modern, well designed loft. It is tiny, so not a lot of room for just chilling with friends. Everything was there that was needed. The host was responsive. It was only a short walk to great music and food.. Neighborhood is a little sketchy feeling with a scrap yard next door. But I never felt unsafe. Off street parking available which was super. I would stay here again.

LOVE!! The small stuff does matter!

Loved this loft apartment! It was perfect for me. The extra small touches though, took it over the top! Edwin & MIndy were great with communication and I felt taken care of before I even arrived! I wish this duo had little loft apartments like this everywhere I travelled to! Super cute neighborhood, too. Easy access to shopping (Whole Foods & Target are about 3 blocks over). I used Uber to get into the Convention Center - never had to wait longer than 2 minutes for the car to arrive and it is a quick 5 - 10 minute drive away. Can't say enough about how much I loved this property, the owners, and the city! THANK YOU!!
