Oppressive

This property certainly does reflect the recent commercial with the football coach and all of his rules and regulations thus making the stay oppressive at best. We were literally afraid to move from one spot to another in the house. There was rule sheets on every flat surface...5 in the living/kitchen area alone! Take off your shoes, don't do this, don't do that, etc...failure to wear shoes will cost X amount of , moving furniture will cost , plus we were. asked to wash and dry the towels, sweep and mop the floors, etc. Too much indeed. I fear the hosts suffer from PTSD from a prior guest, but if it has rendered so afraid to allow a visitor to feel comfortable why not remove your property from the listings? There were no railings on the stairs and having to only be in stocking feet, it's dicy trying to keep from slipping and falling. The hallway windows have no coverings making it potentially revealing to the neighbors if you walk from the shower to the bedroom unclothed. I've had excellent stays each other time I've used vrbo...this one was eye opening and not good at all.

Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Austin. Comfy beds and clean! Located near several restaurants and close to Old Settlers Park. Communication was great! Bonnie was quick to respond to any request. Thank you for a great stay.

Great size and location

This was just what we needed for a family of 6 staying in Round Rock. Easy access to the sports complexes and Kalahari as well as to food, coffee and groceries. Quick and simple route to highway to make a visit Austin. Great communication from host. Thanks!

Convenient in Round Rock

This house was very convenient to the Round Rock sports complexes and many restaurants, stores and shopping. Our host was communicative and all information about the property was spelled out and clear. The house was clean and prepared for our stay . The garage was nice size and we could park our car in it.

High school/ Army buddies get together

We picked the Perfect house to have a 5 day reunion for 4 1974/75 high school classmates from Columbus Ohio. 3 of us enlisted in the US Army right out of school and were stationed together at Ft Hood Texas. We all converged here last week, 2 from Ohio, one from Florida and the fourth guy lives in Austin. The location and the house was the perfect pick! We had privacy in a clean house away from the hotel scene and made it an easy drive to Ft Hood Texas for a day trip down memory lane. Words actually cannot fully describe the experience all four of us had. We haven't all been together, in one place, at one time like this since 1975! We will remember this trip for the rest of our days and we will try and make it happen again, only sooner than 48 years! Our host, Bonnie, was very attentive to our needs and answered our questions within minutes, something that surprised us all considering how customer service generally seems to have declined in the last several years. We give this property a 5 Star review and if we find ourselves back in Austin, we are going back here. Thanks for the positive experience! Jerry C. (Columbus Ohio)
