This home is big, extremely clean and a definite rental property. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. There are lots of TVs too! It is designed for temporary stays and turn around with basics in the kitchen. The kitchen is large but leaves a lot to be desired if you intend to cook. There are plenty of plates, silverware and cooking supplies but the kitchen is not set up for usage. Odd set up and use of space. The grounds are well kept but the entire community is extremely dusty which makes everything dusty and hard to clean. This largess home is settled behind a storage unit company and between trailer homes. Very odd location. We felt safe the entire time with our young kids but off the grounds was “ugly”. The pool is hard to keep clean because of the dustiness but it’s the perfect size and lots of fun. Easy access to restaurants, boating, HEB and more. Note there is a rooster living nearby and wake up call is around 4 AM. Takes alarm clock snooze to new heights. I hope for the next guest the rooster has passed on.
