Hot Tub & Outdoor Sauna Safety
• Use of the hot tub and outdoor sauna is at your own risk. No lifeguard or attendant is on duty.
• Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or sensitivity to heat should consult a physician before use.
• Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes at a time; prolonged exposure may cause dizziness or dehydration.
• Children must be supervised at all times. The sauna is not recommended for young children.
• No glass containers, food, or alcohol in or around the hot tub or sauna.
• Please shower before use and do not adjust equipment settings.
• Use is prohibited while intoxicated.

* Pool Safety: For your safety, guests are not permitted to touch or adjust any pool equipment. The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard; please swim at your own risk.
* Security Measures: The property is equipped with an outdoor camera facing the pool and balcony for security purposes. To ensure compliance with neighborhood quiet hours, noise levels are monitored by Minut sensors. These devices do not record audio or video and are designed to respect your privacy.
