    The Space:

    Please note: The Lazy River and Pool are undergoing maintenance and are projected to be finished in late 2026.



    Perched atop a scenic ridge, this stunning getaway offers panoramic views of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. As the largest vacation rental at The Reserve and featured in Texas Lifestyle Magazine, it’s the perfect place to entertain, celebrate, and unwind in style.



    Part of the exclusive Farmhouse Collection, this elegant home features 4 bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen with Carrara marble accents, two cozy living areas, and a covered outdoor space complete with a built-in grill and alfresco dining area.



    Start your day with coffee on the upstairs covered balcony or wind down with a cocktail on the main patio outfitted with a 56” outdoor TV, dining table, and outdoor kitchen. Inside, enjoy the warm charm of wood floors, exposed beams, and natural light. The downstairs living room features a leather sofa, armchairs, and a 65” smart TV with soundbar, while the upstairs lounge offers plush recliners, a sofa, and another 65” smart TV for added relaxation.



    The kitchen is a culinary dream, boasting marble quartzite counters, a six-burner gas stove, island seating, and a rustic wood dining table, ideal for gathering with friends and family.



    Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a private garage for 2 vehicles and driveway parking for 2 more, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, cable, Netflix, and two sets of washers and dryers to make your stay as seamless as it is luxurious.

    Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, Emerald Stay Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.



    Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.



    HOUSE RULES:

    - Occupancy [ 12 ]

    - The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation.

    - No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

    - Smoking is not allowed in the premises.

    - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.

    - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.

    - Garage is available for 2 vehicles. There is also free parking on the driveway for a maximum of 2 vehicles.

    - A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am.

    - No parties are allowed.

    - Streaming is available using your own accounts.

    - Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed.

    - Fireworks are not allowed.

    - Please feel free to take out the trash and place in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle! Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins.

    - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.

    - In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key.

    - Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.

    - Please note that all pool and water attractions, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed.

    - Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels.

    - Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by Emerald Stay. Bring your own supplies and use them at your own risk.

    - Please return the fishing rods, pickleball paddles and balls after use. Fees may apply.



    HVAC Rules:

    Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.



    As you may know Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. My kids and I had a WONDERFUL time. The house is beautiful and the club house was a huge hit for the kids. We would have stayed longer if we could have!
