Great Set-Up for a Bachelor Party

We had the most amazing time. Endless things to do in & outside of the house. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about it. No complaints! 18 Grown men slept comfortably in this house with room for a few more.

Perfect for family gathering!

Was able to accommodate everyone. Something new. Every single space had an activity for everyone to participate in from ping pong to swings, life size chess, golf and pool table. We love having a movie room. Plenty of pool gear that make swimming safe even baby floats for our 10 month old. I really appreciated the high chair and pack n play.

Chillin at Quitten Time

This was a beautiful and confortable house. It was stocked better than any Rental I have stayed at. It nice sitting by the fire or watching the deer run across the yard. BUT the neighbors apparently don’t like having VRBO’s. They called management at 10:20pm because we were sitting by fire talking and playing games. We were not loud or playing any loud music. The management kept texting me about quiet time starting at 10:00. That’s fine but does not mean going in the house to bed. They were ridiculous about anyone being outside after 10:00pm. So if you spend the quite large amount of money to enjoy your family or friends be prepared to be bullied after 10:00.

Fantastic

Come here with a good group of friends for a reunion. Could not have been better - we didn't have a lot of plans but there was SO much to do at the house. Theater room was great, pool was fantastic, and they even installed a brand new ping-pong table while we there. I also have never had a host make herself more available. It was incredible. Can't wait to go back!

Good for Groups

The house is a great place for large groups. The main floor is open concept so it allows for large groups to congregate in different areas and still be in the vicinity of each other. The upstairs was great with the billiards and shuffleboard, but also really muffled the sound coming from the main floor, so two completely different experiences. I give this 3-stars because, although it was great for large groups, the description and pictures definitely oversold the experience. As other's have mentioned in their reviews, there is a massive guest house on the property and it is RIGHT next door. The listing description touches on it at the last bullet point at bottom but doesn't show any pictures of where this guest house is located. We're not talking the far corner of the lot, we're talking a baseball throw from the pool. The fire pits and "wine dive" are still very close to the guest house that it's definitely not a secluded experience. The ping pong table was a small foldable table, so it wasn't really playable. The golf holes were large swaths of astroturf, so it wasn't as much "golf" as it was lawn darts. There was no way you were going to hit a ball and have it land on a green and stay. We tried it once and then never again for the weekend. The "regulation sized basketball hoop" for the pool was just a normal pool basketball setup you'd see at the store. Internet was also a bit of an issue as well, and was very unreliable. Overall, my group really did have an absolute great time at this house, but the description and pictures really oversold the expectations. We definitely had some people that were disappointed in the amenities that were listed because the descriptions failed to accurately portray the experience. We'd book this place again, but I'd love for the owners to not be worried about re-writing and re-photographing the genuine experience. It helps folks like us with large group better assess whether the property will suit our needs. It the listing description and pictures accurately portrayed the experience, this would have been 5-stars because we did have a great time and our expectations would have been reality.

Family vacation 2021

We love our stay at this property. It was everything we expected and more. Property was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. They thought of everything. I also loved that they labeled the cabinets making it easy to find everything and also put things back in their place. My daughter has a one year old baby so she brought her baby portable high chair and her pack n play from home. To her surprise the rental property provided both and they also had baby gates. So anyone with a baby will be happy to know that they don’t have pack these extra items. Everyone love the pool but it does have a deep end so we had to be careful with the little ones. There was plenty of outdoor activities for us to do. They guys had fun playing mini golf and we all enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the evenings. The children loved seeing the deer come on to the property The only draw back is that there is construction at the guest house in the back of the rental property. Workers would come by everyday to look and work on the property while we were out in the pool. Also the 10:00 P.M. noise restriction for being outside, but we would definitely consider renting this property again.

Wonderful Stay

It’s a lovely property with lots of fun things to do and the house was just as nice. The property isn’t quite as private as the pictures show; a smaller home has been built on the edge of the property. This would not prevent me from staying there again but just know the pictures are a little out of date for that specific purpose, otherwise everything else is spot on as shown. We definitely look forward to coming back to this beautiful and relaxing property to enjoy again!

Dripping Springs Ranch Estate

Excellent place for large group - plenty of things to do and house is well stocked with towels, utensils, etc.. Homeowner very responsive to needs. Given occupancy size, wifi is very strained at times. Overall excellent location and responsiveness.

There is almost too much to do on the property if that is possible. Even with some hiccups with the weather which caused a few issues, we were well taken care of throughout.

Great time - well managed

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house manager we got was Holly. She was absolutely awesome in helping us get settled and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. We had some pool heating questions/issues and she handled it quickly and professionally. We couldnt ask for better support from her. The property was very nice and mostly as described on the listing. It seems there are 2 houses on the property. We think the owner of the house lives in the other house. So privacy was a little bit of an issue. Other than that, everything was very nice. Beds were super comfortable and property was very clean. Overally we enjoyed our stay.

Terrific spot for a family get away

We had a great time at the Quit N Time Ranch. There is so much to do on the property. 6 adults and 7 kids from age 4-8 went and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, golf course and other games. You are a short drive to downtown Austin, Lake Travis, the Austin Zoo and the airport. There are restaurants nearby to bring in from. The grocery store is a few miles away. Plenty of room for children to sleep and entertain themselves. The property manager was quick to reply via text about entertainment ideas or answering questions about the pool heater. The wifi was not very great was our only issue.

Great Getaway

This property was amazing. It was the perfect size for a small family reunion of 15. The pool, hot tub, small golf course and other outdoor amenities kept everyone busy and entertained. The kitchen is enormous, the game room and entertainment room were just what was needed when we wanted out of the sun. There was one issue with water supply because we came just a couple weeks after a major winter storm that busted pipes at the well, but the manager, owner, and property company were all very responsive, taking a midnight call when the water pressure dropped. The next morning the owner had water delivered to fill the well and we didn’t have any other issues. Very satisfied overall.

Thoughtfully designed for large groups with kids!

This was a wonderful getaway to celebrate the new year in a beautiful home with our "bubble". The kitchen had high quality appliances and excellent knives, which we appreciated. The home was also stocked with PLENTY of plates and bowls (both ceramic AND PLASTIC!), as well as silverware for 30+ people. The bathrooms were clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, pillows, and throw blankets. We went screen-free for the adults AND kids and there was so much to do that the kiddos (almost) never got bored. We played many, many hours of boccee and golf, pool and shuffleboard, card, board games, and even slipped into the hot tub for a bit. The weather was freezing and raining for half of our trip and we still had lots to do to keep everyone entertained (family movie time!). FYI - if the TV in the media room "isn't working", check its plug. If you bump its surge protector at all, it hits the wall and turns off the switch. There is internet on the property for emergencies, but don't expect 10 kids to be able to stream Youtube or play Roblox with friends without some lag. This worked perfectly for our group! The home is beautiful and private, and only 10 minutes from HEB and town, which was perfect. Shipt handled all of our grocery shopping so we could spend more time relaxing and we loved it.

Great Family Getaway!

This home was amazing! So much space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the theater room. It was the perfect place to watch the NBA & MLB playoff games. The pool, hot tub, and backyard were also so fun to experience. The guys loved that they could play a few holes while us ladies enjoyed laying out. We will definitely be back.
