Wonderful Space in a Great City

We rented this wonderful property to celebrate a special birthday. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and very comfortable. The outdoor space -- pool, games, furniture -- is resort-like. We loved the feeling of being in our own world while having markets, restaurants, and the vibrancy of Austin so close at hand. We'd be delighted to return!

Amazing property for a getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The property is beautiful. The photos didn't do the place justice. The location is perfect for a larger group and it's in a very nice location offering peace and privacy but close enough to Austin to head into the city.The property was clean, well furnished with all the amenities you need, and well taken care of. Tracey was very helpful from booking to check-in and check-out with helpful information and guides for Austin as well as very responsive for our needs throughout our stay.I would definitely come back to stay here and highly recommend staying here!

Austin Wedding

The house was spectacular!! Clean, neat and plenty of amenities. We stayed here with several families for my nieces wedding. It was extremely spacious for all of us. Great location! Only 5 minutes from the wedding venue and about 25 minutes to downtown. Plenty to do. Most of the bedrooms were spacious. There is really only 5 bedrooms not 6. They listed a bedroom which was connected to the house but had a separate door. You had to go outside to enter the room. The room was very small with just a queen bed and a rack for your clothing with no access to a bathroom unless you entered the house. This was the only down side to the house. We made a lot of memories. Great place!! I highly recommend it! You will love it.

30th Birthday

We stayed at the house with 15 of our friends for a 30th birthday celebration. The house had everything we needed to entertain, and it was also clean and well kept. We loved how spacious the house felt and that there was plenty of room for everyone. The rental group was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would love to come back for another friends trip next summer!

amazing house

this was an amazingly spacious and beautiful property that was able to adequately house 17 adults. the pool was fantastic and the inside of the house was clean and incredibly nice. the house was a little far away from downtown but it was not too bad. ubers and cabs were easily accessible.

Exactly What We Needed

Had a big group of friends looking for a property near Austin where we could all stay together. This was the perfect house for that - amazing use of space plenty of really comfortable beds and beautiful finishings. Would absolutely recommend. A little far from downtown Austin but not too inconvenient. Host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed at the house to make it a great stay.

No better spot in Austin for a large group!

Tristin and her team were phenomenal hosts! She was there to welcome us when we arrived on the property and explained that the main fridge was having a slight mechanical issue. We had a group on 16 and it was not an inconvenience at all! Plenty of additional fridge space, coolers were provided and she even covered the cost of our first night's dinner as a consolation. The property is beautiful, and the house is exceptionally clean and spacious with a great pool/grilling area. It's about a 25-minute drive to downtown, but we didn't run into any issues booking Lyfts at the property. Overall, would highly recommend this location and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Amazing

The property is fantastic. Escaping the PNW weather and this place had everything. Every room and bathroom was amazing. Amazing quality and amenities were perfect. We had 4 families and plenty of room and the pool, fire pit and fire place was great. They even had outside games set up for us. With so many people we used the pool a lot. Requested someone to look at it bc of its use and they sent some immediately. It’s off the beaten path but close to wineries and reasonable distance to downtown Austin and the SoCo district. If we ever go to Austin again it could be our spot.

A fabulous place in a great location!

As a designer/stylist, I appreciate well-appointed and nicely decorated accommodations, and West Oak Hill fits both perfectly! The home feels like a home away from home, and the property and pool are lovely. The location is ideal...you are away from the hustle and bustle yet have access to conveniences in a matter of minutes. Private property that feels secluded, yet only 20-25 min to downtown Austin. We enjoyed our stay and would return, and there are not many places that I could say that I would want to return. As a native Texan who now lives in Wyoming, I'm always looking for places to come back home to and West Oak Hill would be a nice one to return to soon!

Amazing in all respects

I can't say enough about how nice this property was. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, and everything seemed brand new and high-end. Communication was also fantastic with management - overall would recommend to anyone interested in a perfect Austin getaway.

Had an amazing stay with the house stocked and the pool and hot tub amazing. Super close to downtown and restaurants. Plenty of space and great pillows on the bed. Felt like sleeping on a cloud!

Solo Trip

Needed to focus and work with lots of space. Used this house to quarantine due to covid. The house was spotless and I had no worry in the world about the house being infected. I needed to quarantine before seeing family and tracey took my concerns like her own. She was attentive and such a ball of energy as a host! Even dropped off a bottle of wine on the doorstep!

2nd stay!

We have used Tracys properties before and loved them. Stepping Rock is our favorite. Its peaceful, spacious, and immaculate. The kids love it and the house is fully stocked with everything we needed. Definitely will be using again!

2 property we have rented!

We love all of Tracys homes, and have really used them as a way to quarantine, but continue life. We spent the weekend with friends, celebrated , and enjoyed the spacious, clean home. All of our questions were answered immediately!
