Wonderful host was always available to answer questions and address needs. The layout of the main house was great and the view was fantastic. Huge main living room with plenty of comfortable seating, large dining area right off the kitchen was perfect. Ticked all the boxes for what we needed for a month long stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint view, Dated home

The main house does have an updated kitchen and full bath off the hallway and second bedroom. Master has shower only. Lots of towels. Linens were synthetic - we bought cotton since we were there for six weeks. Dining table gives splinters, we left a tablecloth for future visitors:-). Kitchen could use some mixing bowls that are not plastic and sharpened knives. WiFi is fast and laundry is bonus. Living space is quaint, comfortable and safe, so is the neighborhood. We loved the deer that bed down in the front cul de sac. The side house with secondary bedrooms/kitchenette is a little dark and musty but completely adequate for extra bodies to sleep. We would maybe stay here again, but prefer more luxury if given the option. Tessie is an excellent host and very communicative.

Home in Lakeway TX

We had a very nice stay. The house is in a good neighborhood so we felt save walking our dogs. We met a number of the neighbors who were out walking their dogs. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. The owner is very easy to contact if needed. I would recommend this home to anyone wishing to visit the Austin TX area.

Fantastic location and property manager

We had a wonderful stay here - a well equipped home in a superb location overlooking the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Tessie was amazing - extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable!

Everything is as pictured. The view was great! Saw deer wandering through the yard all the time.. All furnishings were comfortable. House is clean and well taken care of. Tessie is great to work with. She responded promptly and took care of all our questions. She even ordered new chairs for the deck while we were there. We enjoyed our stay! .

Great vacation home

We stayed in the house for a month and loved the location! Views were amazing, we saw deer, coyote, beautiful birds and armadillo. The house was stocked with everything you need. Manager was super responsive and easy to check in and out. We would stay here again!

Peaceful Lakeview Living

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the last five weeks. The house is on a quiet cul de sac with water views and animals all around. My teens enjoyed the separate sleeping cabin. It was a relaxing get away during a stressful move. Tess was wonderful to communicate with and responded quickly. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests!

Great home, great host, great location, great time!

Home was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. Freshly painted and decorated. Extremely clean. Host was friendly and accommodating. Location was 35 minutes to Austin in a great neighborhood with a wonderful view of the river. The home sits back from the road and is very private. You hardly.know you have neighbors. The hosts stocked all the essentials such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper ect.. The kitchen had everything needed including great pots and pans, good knives, plenty of gadgets and dishware. We would move here permanently if we could and would definitely return. If you.are looking for a place that is quiet, clean, and comfortable this would be it.

Aside from an little outdated decor, the house was perfect!

We had a great time and enjoyed relaxing at the house and on the lake. The view of the lake was spectacular. Tessie and staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. We will be back!

Reasonably nice, but with some cleaning and maintenance issues

Owner was cordial throughout our stay. House was fairly large, with a nice living room for gathering. Nice view of the lake. House is older and shows need for some maintenance. The annex has four beds, one of which had soiled sheets and broken legs. Kitchen needed some cleaning of pans and floor. Dirty windows facing the lake. Overall, the house was nice, but needs some TLC. Would not recommend to friends unless the issues are resolved. Price was reasonable.

Exactly what we needed

This older home had a ton of character and was just what we needed for our large family as a "home base" for a long wedding celebration weekend. Our kids enjoyed "picnicking" in the small backyard garden and the adults enjoyed drinking coffee while sitting on a porch swing looking out over the lake.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed here with 8 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and it has wonderful views of the lake. It is convenient to plenty of shopping and activities to do. Would gladly stay here again!

A spacious and beautiful lakehome with an awe-inspiring view.

The house is spacious, cozy and contains all the comforts one could imagine for a stay at the lake! The views of Lake Travis from the master bedroom and back porch will blow you away! At night, we saw deer in the neighborhood and fireflies blinking all around us. Even though it rained the weekend we were there, we enjoyed getting cozy and looking out at the lake. The weather cleared at the end of the afternoon and offered amazing sunset views of the lake. Lakeway and NW Austin offered plenty of dining options: The Oasis and Steiner Ranch Steakhouse are wonderful venues just 15 minutes from the house. The folks around town are friendly and it's a great place for golf, water sports, jogging and other recreational pursuits. Tessie was courteous and responsive. Wonderful experience! I can't recommend this vacation rental highly enough.

Great House!

The house had plenty of room for 10 people and the view was amazing! The neighborhood was great for a nice run. There were also parks near by with playgrounds and a basketball court. The marina was also really close.

Perfect Family Retreat

We had such a great time. This lakehouse is excellent for family gatherings. My daughter graduated from college and instead of a hotel we chose this house and could not have been more pleased. The view is amazing. The space was perfect for family and friends to gather and celebrate. Tessie has been amazing with answering any and all questions we had. I highly recommend this property for any and all gatherings or just a long weekend get away. Thank you!
