Fun little house

Excellent communication from the hosts, clean property, well equipped for a stay. Covered parking is nice and it’s a cheap Uber ride to downtown.

Great location, quiet neighborhood.

Had a great stay in a nice quite neighborhood. Super close to downtown and great access to I-35. The property was clean and very well appointed. Would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay for our family!

The house was perfect for our four day visit to Austin! The location was a 17 minute walk to South Congress and so close to downtown and the walking trails along the river. The house was equipped with everything anyone would need and there were clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location

Very clean and comfortable stay. One drawback was there was no fenced yard as advertised. I look for that since I travel with my 2 dogs. The location was wonderful close to downtown .

Clean and efficient is the word.

Sweet little duplex. We loved being so close to downtown and soco. We didn’t cook but it has a nice kitchen. We enjoyed the patio and ahh those giant live oaks. Loved the minimalist vibe. Would stay again.

Everything was great. It’s not a big deal but for those of us not used to the humidity we took several showers. More towels would have been a great addition 😉

Great Location!

This place was tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood and was at an amazing location relative to Congress Ave and downtown Austin. Everything seemed to be 15 min away at the most. I came for a girls weekend with my sisters and Mom and it seemed perfect for our trip. Only thing is the coffee grinder was broken and there was not a lot stocked in the kitchen- if you plan on cooking most meals, I probably wouldn't book again.

Amazing Get Away

Rented for a week for a quick get away. Loved it. Amazing location with close proximity to green belt, dog park, shopping and eating. What you see is what you get. Photos are accurate, place is comfortable and management is very responsive. Only comment is yard is not fenced but other reviewers have mentioned that too. Lots of places to walk my dog nevertheless. I’ll be back

Location, Location, Location

This was a perfect stay in Austin. Right in the middle of the action. Walk to South Congress, bike rentals nearby, restaurants, bars, music and all that Austin has to offer. The Lodgewell staff has done this before and it shows. Excellent communication, smooth check-in, quickly answered texts and plenty of messaging in the property to answer questions that cropped up. The property itself was a perfect MCM bungalow with all the amenities you would expect. We would not hesitate to look first at Lodgewell properties in the future when we return to Austin or other cities where they manage properties.

Great location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Orange Crush. The place is small but well laid out. It is showing some wear on the furniture and could benefit from a deeper clean: there was dust in the vents and on the lamp in the living room and there was a ton of dust and cobwebs in the bathroom and some mold in places in the shower. The neighborhood is cute, but there was a police situation our second night where they were searching the area for armed suspects all night long. It was a little difficult to sleep with the helicopters searching overhead. We understand that is outside the control of the property manager but maybe something to consider when selecting an area to stay in.
