Great for Bachelor Party

Had 16 guys come for a bachelor party and the house was perfect for it. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots of activities for us to do, along with a great sleeping situation. Also the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Hillside Sanctuary

We had a group stay here and it was such an amazing experience. The house was well stocked and manager was super responsive. Perfect house for a group who is looking for the option for city experiences, or also happy to enjoy the amazing views of the Austin skyline in this hillside escape. My biggest complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Austin Get Away

11 women celebrating 30 years of friendship. We all had our own bed and all the amenities of this oasis were perfect. Ubers into Austin were easy as was the airport distance. Would definitely recommend. Manager was very responsive! Carpet could use cleaning but that probably gets done occasionally and didn’t before our trip.

Bachelor Party Pad for 13

We were in town for golf but had a great time at this rental. It's a very cool space with different levels, different decks, and lots of hang-out space for our group of 13. The pool and bags were a hit, and there was plenty of space for drinks and food in the fridge and outdoor cooler. The rental rooms were great overall, everything was clean and comfortable. We had hibachi come to the house which was fun (concierge offered to do it, but we booked it ourselves, no problem). The location is about 12-15 minutes from downtown/bar scene so not too bad, and never had any trouble finding rides, even UberXLs. We enjoyed the pool table, bags, and pool itself, with plenty of room for the whole group to relax and have fun. We did run into a little AC unit problem (got a little hot in June, wasn't fully working) in the lower level but hard to hold that against anyone, I'm sure it'll be fixed. There were beds for all 13 guests, but I wouldn't recommend going more than that unless you want to share beds or grab a couch. 3 of the beds are pull out couches in main areas, so if people are looking for dedicated beds AND rooms, you're probably looking at 10 max guests. But it was great and served our purpose for a bachelor party.

Amazing Property

Hosted a bachelor party here and it was AWESOME! If you're looking to still have access to downtown ATX, but have a relaxing large space with amazing amenities, this is your place.

Spacious, but needs a deep clean

1) Great host communicator. Fast to respond to questions. Friendly. 2) Carpet is badly stained throughout the house. Was not comfortable being barefoot. 3) The house was not nearly clean enough. Found a strange white powder on closet shelves and dresser of one bedroom - yikes. Cobwebs and bugs in most floor corners. Recommend a deep, move-in clean. Standard housekeeping between check-ins is insufficient until this place is spruced up. 4) Yard debris was everywhere and the pool area was covered in leaves. 5) Spacious home. Plenty of room for four families. 6) Lots of dishes, towels, toiletries, and basic amenities. We appreciate that very much. 7) Yard workers showed up around 9 am on the day of check-out and started cleaning & using a blower around the pool. Two guests were startled by a man working outside their bedroom window. We would have appreciated him showing up after our 11 am check-out. What if we wanted to sit outside for the last bit of our trip? 8) We received a text reminder to move outdoor furniture back to its original placement. We had moved around some chairs and there were cameras outside, so we figured we were being watched/monitored. 8) Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. Easy to grab an Uber to town.

Beautiful house - great view

Our group loved this house - beautiful neighborhood, very well decorated, plenty of activities and big enough for everyone to have their own space. The Nest team was very responsive - both before and during our stay - they are true professionals and helped make it a stress-free weekend. The house looks just like it does in the pictures, and the view is actually much better in person! Only wish it was slightly warmer so we could enjoy the pool/deck even more (early December stay). Highly recommend!

Bad property management company

There is an additional property management company (NEST) as a middle man for this property that was very difficult to work with and I don't recommend. The A/C was broken when we arrived and it was 100+ degF outside, the management eventually got a repair man out but only after multiple phone calls where they argued with my guest saying it was working despite them not being present and hot air blowing out the vents. There were also issues with the payment system and they disregarded the payment timeline that was agreed upon. The house itself had coffee stains in the sheets, a live scorpion found inside, some bathrooms lacked hot water. The main room is set up beautifully for the instagram pics but a lot of the house is not being well maintained and you could see exterior holes in the siding. The kitchen is well appointed and provided a nice communal space.

Great for a business retreat

This house has it all and exceeded expectations. We had 8 adults for a company offsite. It was perfect. Downtown is a short 15 minutes. The pool and hot tub are great additions.

Perfect Stay for a Girls Weekend

The layout and design of this house is fantastic, Gia the house manager was a dream and super responsive to our requests! The house is Huge but had great communal space. Beds were super comfy and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for a great meal. The location is the BEST part. so close to downtown and still close enough to Lake Travis. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tracey and Gia!
