First of all, the pool is shared with the 4 buildings that are on the property and they do not say in the states of the house, many beds were already damaged, the patio is shared with the other guests and the deposit that one leaves was never given backwards . But from then on the rest was okay .

I have a book group of about 10 women who live across the US and get together for a long weekend every other year. This weekend we picked Austin and this property. It's hard to find a place for 10 women who are now old enough that they need a really comfortable place to sleep and maybe a little bit more personal space than they did when they were younger, but this fit the bill. Lots of bedrooms and lots of beds, and the beds were so comfortable! The outside space is just amazing and we loved sitting outside by the pool. (The outside space is shared with three other units but we didn't ever feel like this was a problem.) The second floor deck accessed through the second floor bedrooms was also fantastic. The furniture out there is very comfortable.The other thing we loved about this house was that it had all of the things we needed already in it! There was plenty of toilet paper! There was dishwasher soap and hand soap in the bathrooms and even shampoo in the showers! It was so nice not to arrive and then have to go shop immediately because there wasn't toilet paper. The one thing I wish I had realized was that there's only really comfortable seating in the living room for about 6 people on the sofas, but most people are probably not sitting around in a large group talking for hours every night!! I was also thinking what a great house this would be for a family reunion, or even several of the houses together.

Pictures are very misleading glasses are very old and dirty and plastic. I’m shocked that these would be offered to guests. The place gives a vibe that it has been run down by bachelorette or bachelorette parties or Construction workers that use it to stay for a long period of time. The outside furniture was dirty and wasn’t even usable so we never use the outside. Some dads were initially missing sheets and the heater upstairs did not work and it was just an overall inconvenience. Don’t get fooled by the nice pictures. there is nothing lavish about this place

The images of the residence are a bit doctored (which is standard for most online rental listings) and conveniently avoid the scuff marks on the walls, dozens of dings on the corners, and the floors that look a bit worse for wear. A few minor things didn't work (ice maker, power sockets on the kitchen island, remote for the kitchen extractor) and while immediate resolution wasn't needed, it should've been resolved beforehand.One of the nights, the neighbors were also having a bit of a rager that lasted until 12am. overall, this stay was okay, but honestly not what I was hoping for when spending 3k dollars.

Family Get Together

Overall, would highly recommend this place. A few suggested opportunities for improvement:1) Advertises 8 bedrooms when in fact some are simply closets.2) Overall, the house could use some fresh paint and there were a few items in disrepair. 3) Would be nice if they supplied with bottled water (this is a nice touch I've experienced in almost every other VRBO I've stayed).The host communicated very clearly, and the entire process was painless.

Not a true eight bedroom home

Although this listing states that has eight bedrooms, to “rooms” are actually closets they have had a bed moved in. We had eight people staying there and two of them had to leave and find hotel accommodations. While this will be fine for a family with little children, that might find it fun to sleep in a cubbyhole, it was not at all appropriate for our work group. In addition, although the property has a pool, it was filled with leaves and unusable. And although there was a nice picnic area outback, it was again covered in leaves. The neighborhood is in a very sketchy part of East Austin and there’s a reason they have a fence with a locked gate. We would not stay here again.
