Lake Austin Retreat is perfect for lazy afternoons sipping cocktails on your elevated dock, but if you're itching for adventure, you can also hop in your boat and follow the river to Lake Austin waterfront eateries.



Bask in the lake breeze. Let our concierge stock Hill Country wine and beer for you to sip in the sunny outdoor lounge. A shady second story with a grill awaits your Texas-style cookouts, and a quiet patio is where you can steal a moment to yourself.



Enjoy waterfront dining (without a reservation). Get creative in a fully equipped kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances. A high-top dining area makes serving meals easy. Linger as long as you like over dinner—from sunset to starry night sky.



Go explore. From here, the heart of Austin is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away! Catch live performances at renowned theaters and venues, wander the charming shops of South Congress, or sample some of the country’s best tacos and BBQ. Just outside the city, Hill Country awaits with beautiful views and five-star wineries and breweries.



Get cozy. There's nothing quite like kicking back. Find your spot on a cozy wraparound couch and fire up your favorite films on the flat-screen TV. Two full baths and three bedrooms offer flexible accommodations for everyone in your group. Bed sizes include a king-size master, a queen-size guest room, and a sleepover-ready bedroom with custom-built twin bunks that are sturdy enough for adults, too.



A private boat slip is available for rent at $200 per day. The slip accommodates boats up to 25 feet in length. If you are bringing a trailer, it may be parked in the driveway during your stay.



Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults

Once a booking is made, Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals will reach out directly. All guests are required to fill out our Guest Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions, and rules of the agreement.



This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully.

HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.



HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

Guest will have access to the entire home.
