A wonderful space in a vibrant area of Austin, lots of shops & restaurants along South Congress, combined with around a mile walk into Downtown. Meredith is a very attentive & responsive host, so whether one is new to Austin or a return traveller, this is a reliable penthouse flat!

Great place to stay

Great condo. Great location. We felt like we were at a 5-star resort. There are some stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Well maintained and cared for accommodation. The condo was very clean and came with amenities as described. We had a great stay here. Fantastic location just off of South Congress, excellent coffee shops and restaurants within a few steps. (Access to the condo’s first floor does require a flight of steps and same for access to the second bedroom)

Surprise Birthday Trip for My Wife & Her Friend

I set up this reservation and could not be more happy with what my wife and her friend experienced. From my perspective, Meredith was excellent with communication and the website was fantastic. My wife’s comment is below:We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous property. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away from the main street chaos, it is just steps from South Congress, with tons of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques all within walking distance. It felt like the perfect home base for exploring Austin. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and cozy place to stay!

Wonderful location...

Had an excellent 3 night stay! Located close to all services needed including good food and shopping. Excellent proximity to downtown. The place itself was spacious and very clean. Well stocked and appointed. Beds were comfortable. TVs in both bedrooms was a plus. As was the secure parking space! Would definitely stay here again on a return to Austin.

Fun Weekend Exploring Austin

The property was perfect! 2 couples meeting in Austin for a weekend of catching up and exploring the area. It was easy to enter the unit - no problems. The living space was spacious and comfortable. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms. The decks were also great! Lot's of choices for food, and entertainment. There was also a little grocery store within walking distance for wine and snacks. Fun time!

Three Night Stay for ACL 50th Anniversary Celebration

My wife and I booked the property for visit to Austin and the ACL 59th anniversary celebration. When we arrived We loved the property! It was well represented in the listing and was even better in person! Love the location being a half block off of Congress avenue. The unit was full of natural sunlight and very open. Loved the three balconies and other outdoor space. Having private parking with a remote gate was a nice bonus! We plan to return again soon!! Thank you!!

Lovely location. My only suggestions were that the soap was watered down in bathroom and there could be improvement in the cleanliness. There are cobwebs and vents very dirty. Would recommend extra towels.

Ideal!!

The location is ideal (residential yet basically on Congress for restaurant and shopping access), parking spot was a big bonus, and the place was perfectly equipped. We appreciated the kitchen necessities and extras, things that are often not well stocked in rental properties. The design and decor made my daughters feel pretty special during our week away from home. We'd definitely stay here again!

Centrally located SoCo oasis … and a very helpful host

Aside from some hiccups with figuring out the parking space sliding gate and the delayed knob turn required to use the keyless entry code, our stay was pretty perfect. Spacious multi level living for privacy and very comfortable mattresses with luxury bedding. Two large smart tvs. In house washer and dryer. Roof deck with chairs and table. Within walking distance to really great restaurant options and shopping. If you walk away from SoCo, there are walking trails — a pretty, quiet way to access the river. We really loved exploring Austin and using this great home as our base.

Loved our stay and the house was very accommodating and near so much. The host was extremely good to work with and it’s such a nice property. If I had any suggestions it would be to have some blinds installed in the downstairs bathroom, downstairs bedroom and living area. Mother Daughter Trip

We loved this place. The location was amazing! Having the coffee shop next door was wonderful. The beds were very comfy and had great sheets and the balconies were awesome and we ate pecans from the tree out front. I would highly recommend this place.

Best VRBO

This VRBO was GORGEOUS and in an AMAZING location. It’s super walkable/affordable Ubers to bars and restaurants, with a coffee shop right next door. We drove so the parking space was great. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Please note there are a decent number of stairs so if those are tricky for you, this may not be the best rental but otherwise I HIGHLY recommend.
