Very clean and comfortable. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was great for the 3 of us. Half a block from South Congress is a great location. I’d stay there again.

So Co Splendor

This property is one of the best VRBO's we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot. It was the perfect place to enjoy time with our Texas cousins. Plenty of space, great location, and the secure parking was a bonus.

Mother Daughter Trip

We loved this place. The location was amazing! Having the coffee shop next door was wonderful. The beds were very comfy and had great sheets and the balconies were awesome and we ate pecans from the tree out front. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay

Great condo. Great location. We felt like we were at a 5-star resort. There are some stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great girls getaway

Host was very responsive and flexible. Great location. The place is very convenient and they’ve added everything to make it as convenient as possible. Separate bedrooms and the pull out couch allowed for plenty of sleeping space for our group.

Ideal!!

The location is ideal (residential yet basically on Congress for restaurant and shopping access), parking spot was a big bonus, and the place was perfectly equipped. We appreciated the kitchen necessities and extras, things that are often not well stocked in rental properties. The design and decor made my daughters feel pretty special during our week away from home. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location...

Had an excellent 3 night stay! Located close to all services needed including good food and shopping. Excellent proximity to downtown. The place itself was spacious and very clean. Well stocked and appointed. Beds were comfortable. TVs in both bedrooms was a plus. As was the secure parking space! Would definitely stay here again on a return to Austin.

Willie Nelson 4th of July Picnic

Place was very clean and organized. More than enough room for four adults to hang out and also have some privacy. Great location to hang out on South Congress Avenue which has a many little shops and places to eat. 6th Street and Rainey Street District all within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Austin.

Perfect Stay!

We were in Austin for a short girls trip and wanted to stay in Soco. This place was perfect for us. Clean, modern and exactly as pictured. Easy check in and communication with the owner. Lots local to walk to and the rest was a short bike ride or Uber away. What a great city!

Great location. Great value. Great time!

This property is in the perfect location, easy to walk to amazing restaurants and shopping. It was easy to find, get in and out. We stayed here as home base and traveled to San Antonio one day and Waco the next. The property was perfect for my daughter and I where we could watch movies at night and still get our own space. Very modern and had comfortable amenities. This was great value for the space - hotels in the area are much more expensive.

Best VRBO

This VRBO was GORGEOUS and in an AMAZING location. It’s super walkable/affordable Ubers to bars and restaurants, with a coffee shop right next door. We drove so the parking space was great. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Please note there are a decent number of stairs so if those are tricky for you, this may not be the best rental but otherwise I HIGHLY recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

Loved our stay and the house was very accommodating and near so much. The host was extremely good to work with and it’s such a nice property. If I had any suggestions it would be to have some blinds installed in the downstairs bathroom, downstairs bedroom and living area. Lovely location. My only suggestions were that the soap was watered down in bathroom and there could be improvement in the cleanliness. There are cobwebs and vents very dirty. Would recommend extra towels.

Surprise Birthday Trip for My Wife & Her Friend

I set up this reservation and could not be more happy with what my wife and her friend experienced. From my perspective, Meredith was excellent with communication and the website was fantastic. My wife’s comment is below:We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous property. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away from the main street chaos, it is just steps from South Congress, with tons of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques all within walking distance. It felt like the perfect home base for exploring Austin. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and cozy place to stay!

Fun Weekend Exploring Austin

The property was perfect! 2 couples meeting in Austin for a weekend of catching up and exploring the area. It was easy to enter the unit - no problems. The living space was spacious and comfortable. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms. The decks were also great! Lot's of choices for food, and entertainment. There was also a little grocery store within walking distance for wine and snacks. Fun time!
