The house has a great layout, open kitchen, entertaining area, plenty seating indoors and outdoors. It was Nice to have three bedrooms with private bathrooms. The views are beautiful and the lake access is better than most especially when the lake levels are low. It was a gentle slope to walk to the lake. There is access to the point venture park for 1 vehicle and it is strictly enforced. The park has great sandy beach lake access, we spent a day there and the other day on pontoon boat. Rachel and her team were responsive and pleasant. We would stay here again! Enjoy

Absolutely beautiful views day and especially at night during this time of year.

Our family get together was so relaxed because there were lots of places to unwind and gather as a group! We enjoyed the nice big kitchen, the back deck and the game room. The view topped off the tranquil days.

Wonderful views and outdoor settings, great home

Four couples from our family stayed here for a week in late October. Rachel was really great to work with, and the home is as nice as pictured. In particular, the back patio/deck was huge and covered, and we ate our meals at the large table every night we stayed in. The view is really good from this property, and it was lovely to sit and read on the sectional out there. Note that the pool is more like a really large hot tub, but it is a lap pool with a water stream on one end. For our purposes it worked great, and it has a nice structure covering it in case it's raining. Inside was great -- really comfortable beds and furniture. Huge and functional kitchen. If you're considering staying here and occassionally heading into Austin (which we did), just keep in mind that this is on the northern side of Lake Travis and there's no bridge to shorten the trip into town. It takes about an hour to get around the northeast side of the lake to downtown Austin. On the other hand, it was a nice location to access hill country and wineries on the west. Thanks, Rachel!

Beautiful and relaxing!

We really liked this house, the view from the balcony, the location, the game room, and the very nice kitchen with upscale appliances. The house was open and spacious! We spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. It was so relaxing with a great view of the lake.

Spring Break 2023

The house was exactly as pictured. Our teens loved having the game room for their own space to hang out. The Sonos system throughout the house and deck were awesome and super easy to use. The best feature was the boat lift which allowed us to keep our boat on the water so we could spend long days on the lake without trailering every night!

Absolutely Amazing

This was by far the cleanest property we’ve rented. Everything we could need or want was available, even things we’d never thought about! I had a couple questions before and upon arriving for our trip, and couldn’t have been happier with the quick and complete responses. They say they want you to feel at home, and they absolutely mean it!

Family vacation

I highly recommend this place it is a lovely home the veiw was amazing. My family fall in love with the place no one wanted to leave .the perfect get away. Will have to revisit in the summer next time around. Highly recommend two 👍up.

The Best!

Great House, great Host. Rachel is the amazing. The house is stocked to the gills with everything. Toys for the grandkids, cookware for all us chiefs. She has Fiestaware as plates! Amazing view, clean comfortable house. Deck was great for family. Stop looking at other properties and book this one. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Lakehouse

This is our second time to rent this house. I would highly recommend this property. The house is well maintained and the lake views are great! Joe and Rachel are very helpful and easy to work with. We had plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 children. Everyone enjoyed fishing and swimming on the dock. The kids also spent a lot of time in the game room. We look forward to our next visit!

Fabulous family vacation

We were 100% satisfied! We loved all the extras that the were all through the house. Rachel and Joe answered all our questions and took care of anything we asked about. We would definitely come back if we ever return to Lake Travis.

Absolutely the best place for relaxing and having a great time.

You can not ask for a better place for vacationing with family and friends. Easy access to the lake (the best we have found). Great having a dock for your boat. The amenities are outstanding. Game room was definitely a hit. We absolutely love the relaxing atmosphere so much that this is the second time we have rented it and will again. Communicate with owner was always prompt when we had questions. Can’t go wrong renting this property.

Girl's trip

We had a great girl's trip. The kitchen was large and where everyone seemed to gather. The outdoor space was wonderful in the morning and late afternoon for drinks and snacks. The unit has a wonderful view of the lake. The rooms were all large and comfortable. It is a bit of a hike to the water, but that was expected. The water was low, but that is not within the owner's control. We would rent this unit again.

Exceeded expectations

It's not often that a property turns out even better than the photos, but this place exceeded expectations. It had everything you might need and was fully stocked. I came with a group of friends and it was perfect for hanging by the lake. The patio was awesome and the outdoor chairs were great. The beds and couches were very comfortable. the hosts were very responsive. All in all I would whole heartedly recommend this place to others.

Oasis on Lake Travis! 5 stars across the board

Our family had all our expectations exceeded with this rental and we look forward to coming back. The home was well laid out with a large kitchen, dining and living room on the first floor when you walk in that’s directly connected with 2 1st floor bedrooms, the game room and a large outdoor deck. We loved the outdoor space and furniture and spent alot of time outside. Great sunset views a plus! The Sonos system was a nice plus too so we could connect our music to any room or outdoors. The kitchen was well set up too which made it easy to settle in. The home was everything we could ask for and the kids especially loved the ample outdoor spaces, access to the lake, neighborhood friendly deers, and the game room. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed anywhere. Can’t wait to return!
