Oh my goodness! This property was awesome! The set up was perfect for our family. We let “the teens” have the bottom floor and we took the other floors. We never heard them!!!!! The kitchen was amazing; has everything you need and plenty of it! The furniture was comfortable and the view was very enjoyable, both day and night. I can’t say enough about our stay! I’m ready to go back!

Big house with lots of space, I stayed with my sister only, our goal was to swim a lot, and we did! The house is waterfront, we enjoyed kayaking and jumping from the dock!

What a great time! House was perfect. The lake was wonderful. We enjoyed the kayaks that were there for use. We had a ping pong tournament. Fed the deer in the area. Walked to the restaurant on the lake. Neighborhood was perfect. We all had the best time and would love to stay here again!

The house accommodated our group excellently. I had several questions that were answered quickly and thoroughly by the owners. We were able to bring our dog and use the community’s pool since the lake closed the day after we arrived. Even without lake access the stay was amazing.

Great place! We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in. The bedroom layout was a little strange. Third floor bedroom had no bathroom and its AC exhausted heat into the dinette area. There was a bunk in the game room and a bunk in the dinette. Worked fine for us but not ideal if everyone doesn’t go to bed at the same time. More comfy chairs would be nice in the living room. We had 10 people and there was seating for only 7. Had to move bar stools in to play games/watch tv. We had fun. Water was beautiful but lake level was down. The hike back up to the house is pretty far. Overall it was great. We’d stay there again.

Perfect

Perfect getaway for husband and I! The home was clean, comfortable & has everything you need! The lake was 45 feet below normal so the dock was quit a hike down! And it is pretty far from stores / restaurants but it was perfect for us because we wanted to isolate this weekend…the neighborhood does have a restaurant and store so you honestly don’t have to go anywhere if you choose to. We will definitely stay again.

Lake house for the eclipse

Wonderful visit for eclipse. House was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Host did an excellent job with communication. Only downside was how steep it is to get to the lake - but that is everywhere along Lake Travis. Overall, great experience.

Perfect Spot

Property was great! It’s even nicer in person than the pictures suggest. Plenty of space for everyone that stayed. View off the deck was beautiful, great spot for breakfast and dinner. Close to liquid thrillz and the restaurant if you want. The dock was our favorite spot. Plenty of noodles to just float in the water. The top deck was awesome, had a little opening to jump off too which provided entertainment. We hope to return to the property in the future. Definitely would recommend!

Relaxing lake time!

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The owner, Scott, was great to work with and they have a prime location that always has deep water. Be ready to get your leg workout as the lake is low and there are LOTS of steps. But well worth it to enjoy the dock and swimming. Thanks for a great trip!

** Our stay was the first week of July 2022. Scott sends great/detailed information in getting you set up and to the property. The house is truly fully stocked, especially the kitchen. Unless you need a specialty item they will have everything (including seasoning). The house is lovely, inviting, and comfortable. Everyone in our group was impressed, the inside décor is very nice. And outside patios are wonderful. I can't say enough how much fun we had. I almost forgot to mention the pool is conveniently located also. It is a nice hike to the back yard doc, but well worth it. The water was perfect. This is a great property!

Great home and neighborhood! Just be mindful it's a far drive to anywhere else

Home is beautiful and very accomdating. The dock was well maintained too and had a lot of outdoor furniture which was a plus. Only drawback was that the VRBO was almost 1 hr from most conveniences and nearby restaurants close quite early. Had the location been 'across the river' then it would have been a much, much shorter drive. Overall, a great stay and I would happily recommend!

Lake Travis is Heaven on Earth

Booked this spot to celebrate our 28 year wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing! Scott was so helpful and easy to talk to, plus was very quick to reply to all of my questions. We had the best time ever--the townhome is beautiful, cozy, spacious and huge, it has plenty of seating indoor and out. The double decker boat dock was excellent, we got to park our boat and a pair of jet skis with no issues, the kids had a great time jumping from the second level of the dock. We loved the ping pong table!! So much fun. We had access to the gym which was directly across from us!! We also had access to the large parking lot which was extremely helpful in leaving our trailers while the toys stayed in the water the entire time!! We look forward to booking another getaway here very soon!

Where to start??

What a wonderful stay on the beautiful Lake Travis! There were so many positives about our stay we didn’t know where to start! So, I made a list highlighting our most memorable experiences: - Excellent communication from owner from start to finish - Easy/detailed instructions to follow from arrival to departure - Self check-in - Breathtaking views - Super clean home / smelled fantastic - Fully stocked kitchen with every kitchenware / appliance imaginable - 3 stories with ample space for a large group - Direct access to the lake - Dock with 2 decks - top deck is partially covered so you can stay in the shade or sunbath - Quiet, quaint neighborhood with DEER everywhere (my favorite part)! The deer were so tame that you could walk right by them while they laid in people’s front yards and didn’t bat an eye. - And SO much more…. I HIGHLY recommend this lake house!

Great stay!

We have rented a lot of lake houses on Lake Travis and this is in the top favorite! The dock is fabulous, the kids had a blast on the upper deck. The owner is very communicative and helpful. House was great and very comfortable. Gorgeous views of the lake! We will be back.

Great spot on the lake

We absolutely love this property. This was our second time to book and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood is beautiful and the available amenities make this place a steal. The owner makes the check in/check out process easy and is easy to contact if needed. Definitely consider booking!

Great place to stay

Plenty of space, great location, very clean, would definitely stay again. I did worry about my boat not being in a slip on open water, but it worked out, no issues.
