Home was Awesome. Location was Great for walking to Barton Springs and down Barton Springs Road to Restaurants. Quick drive to South Congress, Lady Bird Lake, Downtown and Tarrytown. Home was very well done- decorated very nicely- clean colors, natural materials- allot of windows and cozy seating areas. Porch is Amazing- goes on for days. We were in for the Austin Marathon with Family. Grilled Steaks outside for Valentine’s Day- Perfect!!Will definitely book again- We typically go to Austin 2 -3 times a year to visit our Daughter. Owner was very nice- available and very clear on instructions.Highly Recommend this VRBO!!

I can't say enough about this property! It is centrally located to many bars, shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and a natural springs pool. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, and includes all of the comforts of home. It has a phenomenal deck that is ideal for groups and families! The host is wonderful! She gave us many suggestions and hints to make our girls trip fabulous! She was quick to respond when we had questions, and was the most friendly host I've ever experienced, and I've stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals! I would highly recommend this rental to all of my family and friends!

The house looks great in pictures but actually made us gasp in person! The interior is SO beautifully decorated and unique. It’s very spacious, has beautiful outdoor areas for lounging, and the house was immaculately clean as well. Accessing the property was very easy, and the host is super friendly. They were easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about the area. The location cannot be beat, you are so close to everything and the neighborhood was very pretty. This home was perfect for our group and I would stay here every time I’m in Austin!!

Beautiful home! Absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and spacious. So close to Barton springs. A 3 minute walk. The neighborhood is probably the best place to stay in Austin. The host is extremely friendly and response so quick. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! I plan on staying here the next time I come back!

We rented this house for Father’s Day weekend. It was perfect for my elderly parents, our adult kids and us. It’s SO close to Barton Springs. The house itself is really special. The finishes are unique and high quality. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. There were many different conversational areas. We also enjoyed the large dining table for meals and board games. It feels like a relaxing escape even though it’s so close to the hustle and bustle of restaurants and bars. We loved everything about it. Lisa is a great communicator. We felt like we had a personal concierge.

Great Location For Zilker

We stayed in Austin for Memorial Day weekend in 2025. The property is very clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the deck around the house is a great place to hang out. The house is not a large one and the third bedroom is more of a couch area than we thought it was going to be. Also, the pictures online are not visible from the house. Go for comfort and cleanliness but don't expect a view. The owner was very very accommodating and I would stay here again.

Family Getaway

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and tranquil this house was. It had all the amenities listed/shown and so many more. The location was also very central. We were three generations visiting Austin for the first time and had a great experience. The walking trails were right outside, as mentioned. The kayaking experience through Barton Springs is truly unique and unforgettable.Lisa (host) was completely accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and felt welcome.

Beautiful Austin getaway

We had a great time staying in Lisa’s home! The location really can’t be beat, and the house has so many areas for relaxing and hanging out. Our toddlers loved running around the deck and the many parks nearby. The host is an excellent communicator and always responded promptly to our needs.

Great Location

The property was in a great location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The Barton Springs pool is a short walk across the street to get to the south entrance. We also walked to the kayak and SUP rentals for a fun excursion. The property was very clean and the decor is unique and attractive. There is a lot of porch space for outdoor relaxing and conversation. We also arranged for a Sound Healing session in the home, which was a great experience. Overall, we had a great family vacation with kids and grandkids.

Nice landing spot with cute style

This is a cute place to stay and convenient to walking paths and many funky austin hot spots! Communication with landlord is easy and Lisa offers lots of tips, recomondations, and check ins. The style decor is very clever and aesthetic. There are plenty of sleep spaces, and all are good for those who like firm mattresses. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and drinks - bring your own shower and hair wash supplies.
